Loved the hotel , it was super cool and in a good spot to visit Valencia’s sights
Pros:

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and loved it. The hotel was very well designed and super comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a great spot for restaurants and sight seeing.

Cons:

The only issue was the noise of the lift and there wasn’t a place to hang/dry towels

ce que j'ai particulier aimé parking avec prise en charge de votre voiture, la décoration de l'établissement, la petite piscine dans la cours, la situation géographique, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Peguei a suíte do última andar. Tinham alguns “troncos” de madeira e acredito que ficamos com uma certa alergia durante as madrugadas. Como ficamos apenas 2 noites, acabei não pedindo para trocar.

Situation géographique parfaite, idéal si vous voulez être en plein centre ville .
Le personnel est à l'écoute en plus en Français. Au petit soin avec les clients.

Wonderful hotel, we hope to be back soon.
Pros:

Great location in the centre of town but still wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We received an upgrade and had a spectacular room, spacious and light.

Cons:

Despite the fast response by the staff, we would have appreciated a coffee or tea option in the room.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt trotz freundlichem Personal
Cons:

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat leider nicht den Eindruck hinterlassen, den man sich von einem Haus dieser Kategorie erhofft.

Architektonisch wirkt das Gebäude wie eine Art moderner Brutalismus aus den frühen 2000er-Jahren – was an sich interessant sein könnte, hier jedoch leider eher kalt und wenig einladend wirkt. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich deprimierend: Die Fenster gingen in einen Innenhof mit teilweise verfallenen bzw. heruntergekommenen Gebäuden, sodass auch der Ausblick alles andere als angenehm war.

Auch die Ausstattung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Viele Dinge waren sichtbar abgenutzt, beschädigt oder einfach nicht instand gehalten. Abgekratzte Oberflächen, abgenutzte Kanten und kleinere Defekte vermittelten insgesamt den Eindruck, dass dem Zustand des Hotels nicht die notwendige Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt wird.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich ausdrücklich das Personal: Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – und damit eigentlich das genaue Gegenteil von dem Eindruck, den der übrige Zustand des Hotels vermittelt hat.

Leider konnte auch das Frühstück nicht überzeugen. Es war qualitativ und hinsichtlich der Auswahl eher langweilig und bot keine besonderen Highlights.

Insgesamt hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Hotel könnte aufgrund seiner Architektur durchaus interessant sein, leider fehlt es aus unserer Sicht an Pflege, zeitgemäßer Ausstattung und einer Atmosphäre, die dem Anspruch des Hauses gerecht wird.
