Modern hotel with good size rooms in great location. Nice design features and a quality fit out. Staff were very professional and friendly.

Excellent service, attention to detail, characterful

The hotel is the roll of the dice. Some rooms are magnificent while others are extremely loud. I stayed here several times, but this time I got unlucky and they put me in a room that actually touches the pool and overlooks the bar.

Really did not like getting woken up by loud German tourists, and afternoon siesta while kids were playing in the pool was not fun.

It’s a beautiful hotel with good service, but the noise issues make it where you have to be very very careful and they will not be honest with you if you ask for a quiet room. If they give you room 504 do not accept it. Some other rooms have balconies that overlook a children’s school playground so you have to be very careful with which room you get unless you like a lot of noise

Loved the location. Within walking distance to different restaurants and the market. Our room was spacious with a walk in shower and tub. Breakfast is exceptional with a wide variety of choices. Sonia spoiled us so much! To Pauline, Florian, Ali, and the rest of the team thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

The Caro Hotel is a beautiful modern hotel with old world touches throughout including part of the Arab Wall in the restaurant. The rooms are simple but so nice and spacious. Alejandro and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful! When we arrived Alejandro helped us with dinner reservations and using a map of Valencia, showed us the best way to navigate the city & where to go and not go. It was super helpful! Lots of lovely special touches in and around the hotel in addition to special treats brought to our room. The location is awesome too!

Le personnel se distingue par sa disponibilité et surtout par la qualité de ses conseils : visites, restaurants, bonnes adresses… ils prennent le temps de proposer des recommandations personnalisées et proposent un service de conciergerie en effectuant spontanément les réservations pour nous. Le petit‑déjeuner copieux et excellent propose de bons produits locaux. Enfin, l’attention spéciale pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint nous a profondément touchés. Nous recommandons sans réserve cet hôtel qui est idéalement situé. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir rendu notre séjour si serein et si parfait.

This is an amazing hotel, with great staff, located very close to the historic centre, and very near the park, with great transportation. Coffee and tea are available anytime and brought to your room immediately. The mini bar is stocked with complimentary soft drinks and thoughtful snacks.
The rooms are incredible comfortable and the staff so helpful and personable.
It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and an amazing experience in a historic building. I can't recommend it enough.
