Nice stay in Madrid
Pros:

We liked the location, we came for a concert in Moviestar Arena (15 min walk). The view from the hotel was very nice. Metro in the front if the hotel. Many nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Carrefour next to the hotel. I felt like the area was frequented by locals, you don't feel as in the touristic area. Very friendly guys at the reception.

Me encantó la ubicación y atención de los empleados, las visitas preciosas, en relación calidad precio muy bien, aunque podrían habernos dado una habitación en mejores condiciones

Cons:

El marco de la puerta del baño tenía la puerta abollonada, lo cual impedía ir al baño o ducharse tranquilamente, el mando de la tele tampoco iba, no funcionaba.

La flexibilidad horaria entrada y salida

Cons:

Que la puerta para entrar a la habitación daba muchos fallos. Cada vez que queríamos entrar teníamos que insertar y sacar la tarjeta muchas veces. Justo antes de irme tuve que bajar a pedir otra porque no abría
