La cercanía a la Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas, comercios, supermercados, restauración y estación de metro. También nos gustó el que estuviera algo alejado del centro, con menos aglomeraciones de gente en los alrededores.
La habitación era práctica y sencilla, aunque nos gustó mucho la zona de lectura a una segunda altura.

Cons:

Que este tipo de habitación fuera la única que aceptará niños, siendo el precio más caro que otras.
El desayuno estaba bien, aunque estaría mejor si ofrecieran más variedad.

En general me gusto la ubicación, la tranquilidad de la habitación, el desayuno y el personal.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gusto es que yo pedí una habitación doble de dos camas cuando hice la reserva, me contestaron que se lo habían hecho llegar. Llamé unos días antes para ver si lo habían tenido en cuenta, me dijeron que sí y cuando llegamos allí mi hermano y yo la sorpresa fue que ne dijeron que la habitación era una cama de matrimonio y otra cama litera bien pequeña. Total que yo he dormido mal esas dos noches que pasamos, estuve súper incomoda.
Así que, por favor, y lo digo con toda la educación y respeto, tengan en cuenta la petición de los clientes y sino es posible sean honestos con ellos y díganles la disponibilidad que tienen.

El trato del personal y la ubicación

Cons:

Al llegar a la habitación encontramos que la cama era un colchón con un añadido encima para hacerla más blandita (aún así era durísima)
La cama estaba mal hecha, las sabanas sin meter por debajo del colchón. Además, las cortinas estaban rotas y descolgadas

Para el precio que nos cobraron, muy poca calidad

Si vuelvo a Madrid volveré alli

Trato estupendo , todo limpio, fueron 2 habitaciones y pedí que nos pusieran cerca y lo hicieron, el parking con coste pero es lo mejor , es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos, la boca del metro al lado, lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Precio un poco elevado, supongo que por donde esta, pero es la segunda vez que vamos.
