Tuvimos un pequeño incidente. Estábamos en la habitación y entraron dos personas diciendo que en recepción les habían dado la que era nuestra habitación. Nos pareció bastante mal y fuera de lugar porque nos dijeron que el registro (de los otros turistas) se había hecho de forma manual y no se dieron cuenta de que nuestra habitación estaba ocupada, algo que no debe pasar en un hotel de esa categoría. Y, aunque se de solucionó todo, nos parece impensable que pasase eso, ya que si no llegamos a estar en la habitación los problemas podrían haber sido mayores.

Dobry hotel na weekend
Pros:

Duży pokój, wygodne łóżka, czysto. Miła obsługa. Lokalizacja zaraz obok metra.

Cons:

Widok z okna na wewnętrzy dziedziniec czyli na ścianę. Brak światła słonecznego. W łazience brak szczotki do toalety. Wystrój pokoju zasługuje już na odświeżenie.
