Excellent Hotel
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel. The views are exceptional. Rooms are pristine and cleaned every day as if you are arriving for the first time. The breakfast was brilliant and the manager greeting us was so welcoming and attentive. All staff from the moment we entered were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. It was an extremely comfortable and restful stay. It is a lovely quiet hotel outside of the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Would highly recommend!

Cons:

Not very central so you are reliant on taxis (which are very expensive) or public transport. This was convenient but busy so I imagine it could be difficult in peak season.

Pros:

Great breakfast selection and service from Francesco during the breakfast. It was really great experience. But I cannot say the same about reception.

Cons:

We were supposed to have room with pool view but instead we were looking at ugly roof - it is not like promoted on booking or their website. Only after complains and contacting booking.com support they offer us a room on another level which matched the description. We were told that the hotel is fully booked but it was not case. Based on the experience during our road trip from Bari, I would rather look for private appartment.

O hotel é confortável, limpo e bem localizado… mas o verdadeiro coração do lugar é o Vicenço.

Desde o primeiro momento, elevou completamente a experiência. Sempre atento, genuinamente simpático e com um cuidado raro hoje em dia. Não é só bom atendimento — é daqueles que se sente.

Honestamente, foi a alma do hotel durante a nossa estadia. Um dos melhores atendimentos que já tivemos, sem qualquer dúvida.

Faz-nos querer voltar… mais por ele do que pelo próprio hotel (e isso diz tudo).

Recomendamos mesmo!

Pros:

Very welcoming hotel. Staff were great and very friendly. Hotel is a great location to visit Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano and Capri. The town of Vico Equense is also lovely with many shops and restaurants nearby.
