Habitación limpia, buen servicio, excelente ubicación ya que cuenta con salida a plaza y a 8 minutos esta Angelópolis..

La ubicación es muy buena es centrico, a parte de que esta una plaza comercial en donde ests el hotel y muy cerca hay centros comerciales.

Cons:

Que te quieren vender una membresia de los hoteles afiliados a los hoteles de la cadena.

Pros:

La gente muy amable para explicar y responder todas las dudas. La disponibilidad del gimnasio y la pileta, hermosa. La vista del volcán y el hecho de un centro comercial abajo y un super enfrente, muy bueno.

Cons:

Para todo lo demás hay que manejarse en Uber. Todo es MUY CARO. El desayuno "continental" del hotel, en realidad es "típico". Para quienes tenemos otro paladar, se complica y vuelvo a repetir, carísimo. Igual que el lavado de ropa. Es muy bueno el servicio y muy amables, pero, prepárense a pagarlo

El café ☕ y la cama, además del personal que fueron siempre atentos

Cons:

Que no tuviera alfombra en la habitación, era incómodo caminar sin zapatos y tener el piso frío,

Great stay to discover the new and old parts of Puebla.
Pros:

The location is perfect to reach both the historical centre and the more modern parts of Puebla. During our stay the staff was amazing, including during the evacuation caused by a small earthquake!

Cons:

I never saw the spa facilities.
