Exceptional experience at the Best Western Golden Prairie Inn
Pros:

We stayed at the Golden Prairie Inn, Best Western in Sidney, MT while attending a District Basketball tournament. Because of bad weather and road conditions, we had to change our reservations at the last moment. Brook, the employee that helped us deal with this change was beyond exceptional! Additionally, was extremely welcoming, clean and quiet. At check in, the Manager, came out of his office and visited with us. He was very professional and wanted to ensure if there were any issues receiving credit for our cancellation to contact him immediately and he would deal with it. We have stayed in many hotels and for the price and accommodations, this was top notch. We rate this hotel and staff at 110%!! Enjoy your stay as much as we did!!

It was very quiet stay.
Pros:

Breakfast had good potatoes and eggs. Was accommodating when had to add a person to the room for 1 night we stayed 2 and paid for 3 people for 2 nights, did not ask about a refund for the 1 person for the second night.

Cons:

When I returned to the room the door was left unlocked. Bed was a bit hard. Sausage was a little spicy in the breakfast burrito.

Pros:

Good stay. Breakfast was the best I’ve seen from a hotel buffet. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it. Room was fairly clean but a little dated. Overall it was good and I’ll stay here next time in town.
