The staff were excellent and it made our stay!
Pros:

It was excellent property,Trishana and her colleague was excellent. They went above and beyond to make our birthday celebrations very special. Decorated our room with ballon’s, had two cakes. They assisted us in taking family photo’s which made pur day even more special, recommended eating houses in the Hotel which were also good choices!

Enjoyable luxurious stay and a lovely place to create memories....
Pros:

Excellent choice of food,,, there is a bit of language barrier therefore, orders were bit confused. However, it was extremely busy during thai pongal period

Cons:

Front desk staff aren't welcoming enough compared other top notch hotels. Certainly need improvement customer care and welcoming gestures.
