Pros:

One of our friends lost his engagement ring near the swimming pool. The staff gave their assurance that they would find it and it was found by 6AM the next day. Multiple people helped like the lifeguards, the security team and the manager. Safe to say had this happened at most other places it might not have been returned. Huge thanks to the team at ITC for helping us
