The stay was wonderful and truly memorable.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive, doing everything they could to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

Beautiful luxury hotel and location, with minor room for improvement
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located for both city access and the airport. If you're looking for luxury, this is the place—I loved the classy, sophisticated interiors. The breakfast spread was fantastic as well.

Cons:

While the staff was working hard during the early breakfast service (around 6:45 am), I found it difficult to get assistance, taking over 15 minutes to locate items like yogurt. Additionally, the area behind the bathroom door was very dusty, which was concerning due to my allergies. These weren't deal-breakers, but definitely areas for improvement.

Delightful service, amazing food and a very happy meal
Pros:

A happy evening made more delightful with beautiful ambience, amazing food and a very gracious and pleasing host. My kids and I were at Ottimo Cucina for a celebration. Grand Chola and its restaurants are all beautiful, so that was a given but what was wonderful last night was the amazing service by Aditya and some finger licking food from the Chef! A starter that wasnt on the menu but made for us simply because we wanted something different. The Jumbo prawns with garlic butter sauce was so good, we had to meet the chef n compliment him. The tiramisu was everything we wanted it to be. We came back with happy hearts and happy stomach.

Small Gestures, Big Impact – A Truly Exceptional Experience
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, the experience was truly exceptional. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room iPad system added a modern touch—allowing me to easily control the room settings, request services, and review my bill with great convenience.

I would also like to recognise the outstanding service from the concierge team. When I requested a car, Ajay from Concierge personally escorted me to the vehicle. What impressed me most was his attention to detail—he noticed my spectacles had fogged up as I stepped from the air-conditioned lobby into the outdoor heat and thoughtfully offered me a spectacle cleaning cloth. Such a small yet meaningful gesture.

Overall, the stay was excellent, with genuine hospitality and attention to guest comfort throughout. I would certainly return and highly recommend this hotel.
