Enjoyable luxurious stay and a lovely place to create memories....
Pros:

Excellent choice of food,,, there is a bit of language barrier therefore, orders were bit confused. However, it was extremely busy during thai pongal period

Cons:

Front desk staff aren't welcoming enough compared other top notch hotels. Certainly need improvement customer care and welcoming gestures.

Cons:

They messed up my deposit. Yet to receive it after 3 weeks. Be careful to pay the final bill with the deposit even if the staff will try otherwise during checkout. Just a bad taste in the mouthb from a premier hotel chain.

Rooms are good, breakfast had a variety of spread. Good location and property. Service needs to be improved .

Хороший отель. Очень огромный. Мы даже не весь его обошли.
Хорошие разнообразные завтраки, вкусно.
Очень приветливый персонал - решали любой вопрос и помогали советами.

Cons:

Уборка очень поверхностная. Не открывается ни балкон, ни окно. Хотя написано было при бронировании, что есть балкон. Очень жаль, что нельзя на него выйти, т.к. красивый вид с него.
Рестораны внутри отеля (аля карт) - дорогие и качество не соответствует цене вообще, не вкусные.
Цены в самом отеле завышены на услуги - такси например, как и в любой собственно 5-ке, да и вообще в отелях - х4 цена или выше.
В бассейне воду бы потеплее, плавать не всегда комфортно, если нет солнца особенно
