Cons:

The room may require some refurbishment. I stayed here during the first month after opening, and it seems that most of the items have remained the same. For example, I would expect the TV to be a smart TV. The bathroom may also need some modernisation.

The room could also be brighter, as it currently feels a little dim. Although I stay at ITC hotels whenever possible, and I particularly love ITC in Colombo, Sri Lanka, I would expect a similar standard to be maintained at ITC Grand Chola as well.

Pleasant stay in a beautiful atmosphere with all comforts!
Pros:

Magic atmosphere with a good location. Interior was very clean and the rooms very comfortable, light and spacious. The service was excellent, everyone was very kind and professional. All amenities were beautiful and charmig and the value meet the expectations of my stay. Private setting and noise level balanced. A very pleasant stay and the environment was much appreciated with the appropriate attention.
