The property is absolutely regal. Staff was extremely courteous right from our check-in. Hasna from Guest Relations was exceptionally helpful and reached out proactively. The breakfast spread at Madras Pavillion was also quite well curated.

One of the top most well managed hotel recommended for business travel and naturally for holiday breaks too
Pros:

Ms Hasna was assigned to guide me during my stay. It was a thoughtful gesture of the hotel as she was my go to person 🧍‍♀️in case of any queries. Hasna provided very good support. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread. Heavenly warm multi grain toast and a feast of cuisines.

Cons:

Everything worked clockwork. Very efficient staff.

A memorable stay at this luxurious property
Pros:

We had a truly memorable stay at this luxurious property. The hotel itself is beautiful and thoughtfully maintained, and the entire staff was exceptionally warm, courteous, and cooperative.

A special mention to Hasna, Guest Relations Officer, who looked after us with great attention to detail and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. A small inconvenience we experienced during dining was also handled promptly and thoughtfully, with the team going above and beyond to address it and compensate us.

We’d also like to specially thank Chef Rajesh and Chef Samnik, who prepared a delicious meal for our wedding anniversary. Their thoughtfulness made the occasion even more special.

Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent hospitality, and a stay we’ll remember fondly.

At times, corporate events can make the breakfast dining area a little more crowded.
