A memorable stay at this luxurious property
Pros:

We had a truly memorable stay at this luxurious property. The hotel itself is beautiful and thoughtfully maintained, and the entire staff was exceptionally warm, courteous, and cooperative.

A special mention to Hasna, Guest Relations Officer, who looked after us with great attention to detail and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. A small inconvenience we experienced during dining was also handled promptly and thoughtfully, with the team going above and beyond to address it and compensate us.

We’d also like to specially thank Chef Rajesh and Chef Samnik, who prepared a delicious meal for our wedding anniversary. Their thoughtfulness made the occasion even more special.

Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent hospitality, and a stay we’ll remember fondly.

Cons:

At times, corporate events can make the breakfast dining area a little more crowded.

Pls don’t stay here
Pros:

Very dirty swimming pool . My kids got rashes soon after we got back home .

Because the pillows were very old and fully tattered from within , we had to check out in a day and move into the Leela Palace Chennai which is an exceptional property as we do large format events there twice a year .

Overall, I don’t recommend grand chola at all .

It’s a big 0/10 for us .
