Aside from the pool incident every year, the hotel is great.
Pros:

The location, cleanliness and the friendly staff.

Cons:

The pool area is a nightmare! It really should be supervised during peak dates. Every year we have the same issue. Bigger kids and teens taking over the pool and slide, being rough to smaller kids and there’s always kids leaving hurt and crying. Parents don’t seem to do anything about this. It’s really disheartening and ruins the enjoyment for everyone being respectful.

March break robbery
Pros:

March break stay denied. I feel robbed. A fully paid night stay for me and my 6 yr old son and I left without a room or a refund. I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding my check-in experience today. Despite having already paid for my stay through Hotels.com, I was denied check-in because I did not have a credit card.

I have stayed at this location previously and was able to use a $200 debit cash hold for incidentals. However, the front desk was completely unaccommodating and refused to accept this form of payment today. Furthermore, the Hotels.com booking information does not state that a credit card is a mandatory requirement for check-in it states "may be" required.

When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told there was no manager on duty to address the situation. As a result, I have left the hotel despite having a confirmed and paid reservation.

Lovely facilities (clean, aesthetically pleasing, new), warm friendly staff who were very kind to our energetic toddlers, and pool & pedway were huge hits with my young kids.

Cons:

Would be nice to have pool toys available, like noodles/floaties for shared use. But kids still had a blast (loved the slide!!) and we'll bring our own toys next time!

Zimmer Ok, Grösse OK., Bett SUPER! Frühstücksbuffet zweckmässig, nicht sehr abwechsungsreich, aber OK. Flug wurde gecancled, nachträgliche Zimmerbuchung unproblematisch!

Cons:

Frühstück auf Kartonteller! Auf Wunsch konnten wir nicht einmal einen Stuhl nach draussen in die Sonne nehmen, etwas unflexibel. Personal minimalistisch, Zimmer wurde nur nach Aufforderung gemacht.
