The property itself is beautiful—spacious rooms, well-maintained facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away.
However, what made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from Kriti at the reception. She was absolutely incredible throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were on another level.
Kriti went above and beyond in every interaction—whether it was assisting with requests, ensuring everything was seamless, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Nothing ever felt like a task for her; she handled everything with a smile and a level of care that is rare to find. She truly represents the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression.
Because of her, my experience felt personalized and effortless, and she is honestly one of the main reasons I would choose to stay here again.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad—not just for the property, but for the exceptional team, especially Kriti.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Nivedita Dutta for her outstanding support.

As an exception, since I was not feeling well, she was kind enough to offer me an early check-in without any additional cost. Her warm welcome and proactive approach made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

What truly stood out was her genuine care and customer-first attitude—she ensured I was comfortable from the moment I arrived. This level of service reflects the high standards of hospitality the property stands for.
