Kaldığım en kötü ibis oteli. Terlik bile vermediler ve kahvaltı çok kalitesizdi. Ekstra ödeme yapıp kahvaltı almayın ve hatta mümkünse sokakta kalın burda kalmayın.

Cons:

Nepatiko nemalonus pirmojo sutikimo aptarnavimas, grubiai kalbėjo. Vengė teikti informaciją apie problemų sprendimus. Pasikeitus darbuotojams aptarnavimas buvo malonus ir tinkamas. Vadovai tinkamai reagavo ir išsprendė komunikacijos nesklandumus.

徹底してコストカットしているのはわかるが、最低限の備品は見直すべき。そうでないとリピートはない。

Cons:

パリに住んでいた頃から、ヨーロッパをまわるのにイビスブランドはお手頃に安心できる宿として活用させていただきましたが、今回レベルが下がったと感じた。
以下の課題から一泊€80〜100とれるホテルでは全くないと思った。ヴィリニュスの方が同価格でもっとレベルが高いサービスがうけられたので残念だった。

・部屋の電話がフロントに繋がらなかった（3回は調べてくれと伝えたが変わらず、いちいち一階に行かねばならなかった）
・冷蔵庫もなかった
・スリッパもなかった
・ティッシュの設置もなかった（トイレットペーパーで済ませろというのは、レベルが低すぎる）
・無料のお水の設置もなかった（頼まないともらえなかった）
・Wi-Fiが弱くスムーズではない。特に日本の主要通信であるLINEを遮断しており、全く送受信できなかったため（施設側の安く済ませたい思惑が見え透いていて改善必要）カウナスを早く発つことにした。
