Cons:

The pool didn’t look welcoming. Pool area being adjacent to the smoking zone was a significant drawback. Smoke drifting into a space used by families and children is concerning, even if the area is outdoors.
For a hotel of this standard, a clearly separated smoke-free pool environment should be expected. I hope this is addressed to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for guests, especially those with young children.

Convenient place to stay. Staff attempted to be helpful but staff required more training.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. I liked the variety.
Room was not to my expectation.
Dinner was kind of average.

Cons:

The room had been upgraded to a suite. I was disappointed with the suite. The level of comfort in the suite was not good. The TV did not work, there was a big old fridge in the room, which was not at all what we expected for this type of room. After three days I reverted to the room, which was better.

Clean, well-maintained rooms, but front desk service is laid-back and slow to respond.
Pros:

The best part was the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room and the excellent hospitality provided by the housekeeping and in room dining staff.

Cons:

The responses by the front desk were very cold and very laid back attitude by them for any request. They have not been trained well to handle guests.
