Very disappointing stay—frequent power cuts, poor breakfast service, and unexpected charges for items that appeared comp

Location is good easy to communicate

Cons:

Three electricity cuts at a so-called 5-star hotel—unbelievable! The breakfast service was also poorly managed. Snacks placed in the room looked complimentary, only to later discover they were chargeable. It felt like a sneaky way to make extra money. Very disappointing experience!

Pros:

The hospitality of the concierge staff: Joseph, Gerard and Owen were exceptional. They made us feel at home and were so helpful.

Cons:

When we arrived our room was not ready, even tough we paid for a full night and arrived at 8am just before check out. We also had some disagreements regarding room pricing when we decided to extend our stay. The check-in staff were not that great. The other support staff, restaurant, people cleaning staff, room service staff and concierge staff were exceptional. The check-in staff should learn from them. Food at the restaurant as well was not great and lacked variety.

Fantabulous
Pros:

Almost everything. We were family of 4 with 2 children. We felt safe and comfortable. Our room was upgraded upon check-in. All staff were cordial. The breakfast was fantastic - well spread and tasty.

Cons:

I can’t say we did not like - but one mild improvement could be to train the housekeeping junior staff to be more comfortable and confident and keep smiling. Most of the time they were looking very serious and working under pressure. The senior staff were smiling always.
