avoid if you are looking for peaceful sleep
Pros:

the room was clean and spacious

Cons:

This hotel has a club which blares loud music until 2 AM and you can hear it clearly in rooms making it impossible to sleep.

Feedback Regarding Recent Stay 
Pros:

I am a frequent guest at Radisson City Centre, but my recent experience was quite upsetting. Usually, I pay at check-out, but this time I was told the policy requires payment at check-in.
I had a genuine network issue with my phone and could not complete the payment immediately. I requested to pay in the morning or at check-out, but the front desk was not flexible. We ended up standing at the reception for a long time late at night, which was very exhausting and disappointing for a regular guest.
Additionally, when I finally got to my room, the main door was not closing properly. Since it was already very late, I didn't want to call room service and complain then, but it was a safety concern.
Everything else was good, but I request the management to show a little more concern and flexibility for guests, especially during technical difficulties.
