Good to use the metro and to go to Montmatre

Very good located to metro Blanche and to Montmatre.

Cons:

The staff could not manage to fix the bath in 3 days. We had only boiling hot water in the shower or no water , the toilet came loose all the time. The curtains not fix. I have no idea how this place got 4 Star Hotel it is max 2 Star. The floor completely filthy and the room very small

Pros:

Le charme de l'hôtel, style feutré, sa situation géographique, l'accueil du personnel, le petit déjeuner qui vous attend à l'heure indiquée, on y dort bien

Cons:

Nous avions préféré la chambre côté rue plutôt que côté cour

Ideal für einen Städtetrip, wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber einer Metrostation in der ruhigen Rue Lepic im Montmartre-Viertel.
Es ist alles sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage und das warme Wasser werden zentral reguliert und etwas später am Abend hatten wir kein warmes Wasser.
Als die Klimaanlage nachmittags ausgeschaltet war, wurde sie auf Nachfrage aber wieder aktiviert.

Pros:

Personnel très agréable, hôtel très charmant, très propre ainsi que très confortable.
Idéalement situé, par contre quartier très animé le soir donc beaucoup de bruit de Klaxon, cri, rire etc malgré la bonne isolation, en tout cas le samedi soir car le vendredi soir nickel pas un bruit, ou alors on dormait profondément ahah

We had tickets for the Moulin Rouge so the Location was excellent. ! The size of Bed was excellent which is I suspect the room was classed as a Superior room

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that hot drinks were not available in the room and that we had to go downstairs to get them. This and many items listed in room facilities are not available immediately in the room. The water in the drinks machine was not very hot and we weren't able to make a palatable cup of tea with it. We had upgraded our room to a Superior double and it was way below our expectations of a superior room in a 4star hotel(room 201). The wash basin had a crack in it & there were also dings in the bath. There was only a half a wardrobe (above the fridge) so we had great difficulty in storing our clothes. Our superior room didn't look like the room in the picture. There was no fireplace as advertised and no city view. Room was very dark & dingy overlooking a very unappealing courtyard. Overall the room was ok but we though that we had upgraded to something better !
