Pros:

It was clean and comfortable
Friendly staff. Good location for short stay.

Cons:

Could do with bigger and more modern TV.
A more modern toilet seat would be nice.
No potato scones was a let down and toast was just white bread heated.

Pros:

Lo staff è stato davvero accogliente, abbiamo viaggiato con un bimbo di due anni e hanno fatto di tutto per venire incontro alle nostre e sue necessità. Camera e bagno molto puliti.
La cucina ottima, la posizione comoda per spostarsi.

Pros:

Fantastische lokale inn! De receptie is tevens de bar waar je heerlijke lokale bieren kunt drinken. De keuken is uitstekend. Kamers goed onderhouden en schoon, bedden heel goed. Personeel heel vriendelijk service gericht, kwam extra vroeg om voor ons ontbijt bags te maken voor onderweg naar de vroege ferry.

Es waren sehr nette Leute vor Ort, mit denen man zu jeder Zeit ein tolles Gespräch führen konnte.
Und das Bier hat super geschmeckt.

Es gab leider vom Hotel nicht so gute Wanderwege.

Goede stop voor de ferry naar het Isle of Skye

Cons:

Erg duur voor wat er geboden wordt. Dat geldt niet enkel voor deze herberg maar voor bijna alle accommodatie in Schotland en in het bijzonder voor die in de buurt van Skye!

Very Decent Inn
Pros:

Excellent location not far from Glenfinnan Viaduct, Camusdarach beach (as seen in Local Hero film). Hotel interior scenes for this film were shot in the hotel (though staff were totally unaware of this). Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Plenty of free parking. Room was simple, but clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Cannot not comment on the smell in the bathroom. Never discovered what it was, whether it's some eco cleaning product or the drains I don't know, but this needs attention and hopefully should be easy to rectify. It wouldn't stop me staying again though.
