Spacious, clean accommodation.
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable room, large bathroom & shower. Friendly, efficient staff. Easy access to A1 motorway.

Cons:

Window blind broken although still functional. TV remote not working. A1 motorway and mainline railway nearby so a little noisy. Some noise also from people arriving and leaving the restaurant.

Huge and good value
Pros:

Very spacious — there were two double beds, a sofa, a huge bathroom, a tv, kettle etc, plenty of drawers and even a wardrobe. Also plenty of parking, and under 10 minute drive to Newark. Very good value compared to the other options I had available. The temperature was good in September. The bed I tried was comfortable.

Cons:

It’s not the Ritz, and you probably need a car to stay here, but overall it’s decent.
