Pros:

Clean , accessible, excellent parking , tea and coffee facilities, good Shower and 2 large and comfortable double beds. Plenty of sockets spread around the room and a TV. Excellent value for money. No breakfast, but plenty of nearby places available. Good takeaway food available 😋 aswell

I would definitely use again

Cons:

Could do with a net curtain , you either have to have the blind closed or open . The room is a bit exposed when open or very dark when shut.

Pros:

Rooms were in a separate block and were bigger than expected.
The real bonus was that the main property was a Bangladeshi Restaurant serving wonderful food.

Cons:

Rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed but perhaps were slightly lacking in character.

All in all good value for money but a bit Spartan. Food and staff all excellent and plenty of parking.
Pros:

Funktionale, saubere Unterkunft ohne jeglichen britischen Charme
Pros:

Wir sind pünktlich um 15h angereist und tatsächlich konnte uns schon jemand den Schlüssel geben obwohl das Restaurant erst um 17h aufsperrt. Grosses Zimmer mit zwei Betten und einem riesigem neuen Bad mit Dusche, herrlich

Cons:

Zimmer vermeidet jeglichen Charme, ein Bild oder ein zweiter Sessel wären von Vorteil.

A very good place to stay, very close to where we needed to be. Thank you.
Pros:

Room was lovely and cool on a very hot day. The tea and coffee facilities were very welcome
The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good sleep.
The staff were friendly. Easy parking outside our room on arrival.

Cons:

Probably could have done with a bath mat in the bath when showering, bath rather slippery for an older person.
Towel rail needed a little repair as one of the rawl plugs was loose making the rail tilt.
There were a few ants in the room but bearing in mind that we were in the middle of the countryside it was not a great problem. Parking was a little difficult on our return in the evening as restaurant guests had parked outside the rooms. again no great problem as we just waited till someone left to park properly.
