盛岡駅から開運橋を通りほど良い距離、建物は新しくは無いかもしれませんが、朝食が美味しい。

レンタサイクルがある。
朝食会場で夕食も食べられるので、初めて来て土地勘無い人間に便利。

安く泊まれて良かったです。

お隣の音、いびきが聞こえる。
駐車場を近くの商業施設にサービス券が出ると案内していただきましたが、交差点挟んで対角線の移動で、交差点は無く渡れず陸橋を渡るためスーツケースを持っての移動はちょっと大変だった。
