Pros:

地下鉄の駅が近い。
飲み屋街が近い。

Cons:

都会なので当たり前ですがせまめです。
お値段を考えると当然ですが、少々古いです。
マットレスが寝づらいです。

安いだけでは決めていけないなと思いました。
Pros:

安かった

Cons:

湿気臭くて、壁紙が所々変色してて、机の下に脱ぎ捨てた靴下がそのままになっていました。
靴下を片付けるだけでもう一度清掃が入ったり、部屋を変えたりはしていただけなかったです。
