Experience lamentable
Cons:

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car sa description indiquait qu’il disposait d’un parking avec une borne de recharge électrique ainsi que d’un restaurant. Notre objectif était de faire une halte, de recharger la voiture, de dîner sur place et d’y passer la nuit.

À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert qu’il n’y avait plus de borne de recharge et que le restaurant était fermé. La climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas non plus.

À la réception, on nous a expliqué que la borne de recharge n’était plus disponible depuis deux mois. Et, l’hôtel aurait indiqué à Booking qu’elle était hors service depuis seulement deux semaines. Nous avions volontairement prévu d’arriver avec très peu de batterie, en nous fiant aux informations communiquées lors de la réservation. Cette situation nous a donc mis en grande difficulté.

Nous avons demandé une compensation en raison de ces nombreuses informations erronées, mais l’hôtel a refusé tout geste commercial.

Cerise sur le gâteau : la climatisation faisait un bruit infernal, ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir correctement.

Une expérience lamentable. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Bon hôtel pour une étape
Pros:

Hotel bien situé pour une étape près de l'autoroute, le parking sécurisé et bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le bruit venant du couloir, des chambres voisines. Les serviettes de bain faisaient des peluches.
