Gutes Zimmer, schlechtes Personal, aber gute Lage

Cons:

Das Personal sprach kaum Deutsch oder aber sehr schlecht. Dann war das Personal nicht erkennbar, dass es Personal ist.
Es wurde an unserem Wochenende, 7. Mai in mehreren Zimmern versucht, etwas zu entwenden. Auch bei mir stand morgens auf einmal ein Mann in der Tür, und teilte mir mit, dass er gucken wollte, weil meine Tür nicht richtig verschlossen war. Ich habe schnell die Tür geschlossen. Die Polizei kam am 8. Mai, da noch mehrere Personen diesen Vorfall hatten und auch etwas entwendet wurde. Der Hotelmanager spielte das alles herunter.

Pleasant stay Good Adress in Berlin.
Pros:

Helpful staff, clean smart rooms as all of the hotel.
Food correct for a place without a cook.

Cons:

The curtains do not close, so in summer people from south Europe ( their houses have blinds which shut out all light) get woken up too early.
The window sound proofing is clearly not up the the UK Premier inn
sound proofing standard.
