Alexandra is a exceptional reception staff have stayed here on multiple occasions and she has always served with a smile and always helped 5 star service
We were only here for one night. The hotel has huge potential - private underground parking (€9 per night), Lidl supermarket next door, metro station directly outside - however the noise from the street if you’re unfortunate enough to get a lower, outside room is unbearable. It’s a relatively new hotel so I can’t understand why noise insulation wasn’t a consideration.
I recently completed a long-term stay at Travelodge Valência Aeroporto, spending almost an entire month for a business trip.
The service was impeccable. Without exception, every single member of the hotel staff was highly professional, exceptionally polite, and incredibly attentive. They truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay. It is clear the hotel prioritizes outstanding customer service.
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. For anyone visiting for business or tourism, it is ideally situated. It is within easy walking distance of the airport and, critically, has a metro station right on the doorstep. This connectivity made my commute and any local travel extremely convenient.
A major highlight for me was the parking. Finding street parking in this area is notoriously difficult and stressful. The hotel's private parking facility is perfect and an absolute lifesaver. I would highly recommend paying for it—it is well worth the price for the peace of mind and convenience it provides.
Great location for an airport hotel. Supermarket one side, Lidl the other so give the breakfast a miss and go get something from one of them
Metro is literally over the road so easy to get into Valencia centre.
Staff were really helpful getting us an early checkin and storing luggage after check-out. Good value for money.
Stayed one night and that was ok.
Friendly welcome
Room basic but clean
One pillow each, none left in reception and the same with the towels.
Probably wouldn't stay there again.
One and done!
The hotel here is amazing. The food was great, especially the all you can eat breakfast. They had plenty of variety. We had special requests and needs to be accommodated for which the staff gladly helped with. On the topic of the staff, every staff member was fantastic and incredibly helpful at all hours, however, I’d like to especially highlight Alexandrea, who went above and beyond for me and my family while we stayed here, always helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to help with special accommodations we needed without any hesitation. Thank you
Simple room, great desk help
Perfect for what we needed one night before a really early flight
Easy to walk to the airport
great hotel, for the price is amazing. Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are super clean and it's near the airport and there's a metro station right in front of the hotel.
We stayed in Room 217 overlooking the Metro station - very little traffic or other noise.
The customer service and staff at this hotel are excellent and very friendly. We were impressed at 0030 how welcoming the woman (her name starts with A) was and how quick the check-in was.
Our room and in fact all the public areas of the hotel were very clean. The room itself is ‘no frills’ - don’t expect a jug, tea, coffee, milk or a hair dryer - it is at best basic, but a good place to put your head down on a comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower, but be aware of the slippery shower floor.
Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, fruit, pastries … something for every taste. We had a pizza for dinner (around 24 Euros) which was very tasty.
The only downside to this hotel is after breakfast there is no tea, coffee or water available in any of the public areas , unlike some of the Ibis Hotels - in fact it was a shock to have to pay 1.5 Euros for the privilege of a cup of hot water, milk and a tea bag. Fix this niggle and a good hotel would become a great hotel.
On a more positive note, the hotel is around 8 - 10 minutes easy walk to the airport. Another bonus is it’s with 3 minutes walk of a supermarket if you need some, wine, beer or nibbles without the usual hotel mark up.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Just 1 metro stop away or a 15 minute walk to the terminal. The metro station (Roses) is right across the street from the hotel. A metro ride into the city is about 20-30 minutes. The beach can be reached in just under an hour.
The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner wasn't working but we left the window ajar at night and it was good enough for a night's sleep despite the sounds of airplanes taking off late at night and early morning.
The bathroom plumbing needs some work but it was ok. We stayed for 3 nights.
A fridge nor a safe were available in the room.
We parked for €9 per night underneath the hotel. It was clean, safe and spacious.
One morning we opted for the breakfast buffet @ €10 pp. The food and drink selection was basic but good.
The Manises area has many great spots for breakfast, tapas and other dining options. A small convenience store is also located across the street. And there is a Lidl next door.
As the title says. I could have splashed out triple the amount for a hotel in the centre, but I prefer to spend my hard earned on other things. The metro stop Roses is literally outside the hotel. 20 minutes and your in town.
Cleanliness
Gives a college dorm vibe, not many amenities such as a safe, fridge, etc. Gets the job done. Steps away from the metro so very convenient.
Quick and easy from the metro, we opted for the metro to the airport at 3am but was there is a new walkway. Comfy beds and air con. No usb chargers in room, but can use TV to charge phone (if you forget a plug).
Excellent location. There is a covered walkway that was just built!
Chill
As always the hotel delivers what you need when arriving late on a flight or leaving early. Its closeness to the metro is ideal. The staff are welcoming and efficient. Rooms clean and practical with brilliant blackout curtains. My go to and recommended hotel for other travellers
Great hotel for early morning flights from València
