In university are, rooms are occupied by the student and they come and go throughout the day so the elevator is always busy.
Lobby is not on ground level and the elevator to the ground level is separated to the one goes to your room.

The cleaning staff is very polite and friendly

The staff are very helpful.

Tidak Ada yang mengesankan, dari awal proses check in, mmg saya tiba lebih awal, tapi cars penyampaian kurang berkenan, setiap Naik Harus Minta akses, suara pendingin yang berisik, staff restaurant membuka sepatu (laki2), memakai sepatu, mengambil piring tanpa mencuci tangan, cukup Satu Kali in saja

Hotel Square sangat cocok untuk tempat beristirahat ketika aktivitas padat di Surabaya.

I had one night here . Feels very safe and very good value . There was a starbucks below which was convenient

Het is heel druk en rumoerig. Er is veel eetgelegenheid in de buurt. De kitchenette bevat wel een kookplaat maar geen pan en geen bestek of iets dergelijks.

Booked this hotel because we wanted somewhere inexpensive near to the airport. This place is a little out of the way, but if you're taking a cab/grab it shouldn't be a big deal. It's also on top of a mall so that's pretty handy. The room's clean enough, and large! The bathroom is a little small, and the shower doesn't have a door so the water kinda gets everywhere. Wifi is inconsistent.

It was great for stay in this hotel but only there is no hair dryer and the water shower is too small

飯店位置良好，房間寬敞，但是房卡竟然不足，進出電梯要保全幫忙刷卡，十分不方便。

建議自備簡易盥洗用具及吹風機。

要記得自己帶吹風機.....以及沐浴用品

About 30 minit by taxi to Juanda International Airport but the hotel quite far from city centre, mall and shopping complex

To start the review, I must evaluate in relation to the price I paid. For the price, I must say, the cleanliness of the hotel still can be improved, esp. the bathroom. Cleaning service should watch the toilet tissue and replenish enough tissue. I was left without tissue on one night. Breakfast was ok. Surrounding: a lot of street food. Overall, it was an OK stay because the hotel is quite economical.

Old facilities, lot of ants inside the room, bad breakfast.
But the cost is cheap and staffs were friendly enough.

Good hotel friendly staf. Room needs some maintanance.

Petit déjeuner seulement indonésien, on s'attendait à plus de choix.

Pour y aller si vous prenez le taxi dite plutôt que vous allez à pétrà university c'est juste devant et au moins là il ne vous ferons pas payé le parking de l'hôtel.

Si tu es une femme et que tu veux aller à la piscine, prend tes habits avec toi parce que les pensionnaires de l'hôtel sont un peu trop curieux, c'est vraiment gênant

Untuk check in cukup lama sekali, seharusnya kalau sudah booking apalagi sudah terbayar lunas, kamar sudah siap dipakai tidak terlalu lama untuk menunggu.
