Pros:

Clean! And in a great area close to everything we needed. Incredible staff that are ready to help, they all made us feel so welcome. Food was very good, compliments to all the staff.

Cons:

Hot water in the shower wasn’t consistently working but it wasn’t an issue.

Pros:

location was great for the town and beaches,staff was friendly and helpful.choice of menu was fine,parking was also great.

Cons:

the fact that couldnt watch the TV in the room as wifi signal was very weak.Also the wifi kept droping for the phone,so have to keep toping up esim

The staff were friendly and helpful

The drama in getting the booking made.
The room was very basic for a superior room.
The showerr was cold.
Taps for the wash hand basin were partially damaged with top covers missing
The bathroom light was an exposed light bulb near the shower area
The bed was very uncomfortable with insufficient pillows
The room was directly above the kitchen, so it was constantly noisy throughout the night while staff were preparing meals for the next day.

Good value fir money
Pros:

Staff is excellent
They serve a very nice jamaican breakfast feast every morning!
Rooms are big and spacious
We hosted a function there..the food and service was excellent

Cons:

The facility needs a good cleaning, sanitizing, and dusting! The fans in the banquet area were filthy!
Tvs do not work! Technician came..waste of time..
He could not fix problem
Chairs in lounge area needs to be replaced .
Facility needs a little modernizing.

My stay was pleasant due to the amazingly welcoming staff.
Pros:

Staff need to clean inside and out side of toilet bowls.moping the floors and using the mops to wipe around toilet bowls is not cleaning it.

Cons:

That I had to clean the room when I arrived .it was not to my liking and I have pictures if management would like to see it.

Pros:

The room was clean and the staff very nice and friendly. The hotel is basic and charmless. The AC dripped and there was no safe. We didn't bring beach towels. They charged us a rental fee of $10/day plus a refundable per towel deposit of $15. The towels were just the regular bath towels. This seemed like an overreach for what is usually a standard amenity; almost a scam on foreigners.

1. it is not the hotel, I was told by the receptionist that is the army workshops place.
