Satisfied with my stay, staff was very helpful, green tree branches just outside windows.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good considering the room rates. Location was convenient, many restaurants and hotels nearby, walking distance to Ben Thanh Market.

Cons:

Next door building was under renovation so it was a bit noisy, but not so bad though..

Reasonable priced good location hotel
Pros:

The location is good. Close to everything but not on the busiest streets. The double bed room is spacious with floor to ceiling windows. The water pressure of the shower is strong. Buffet breakfast offers various choices for selection, both Asian and Western food.

Cons:

There's one day in my 4 nights stay which the housekeeping staffs forgot to clean up the room. The coffee cups were not cleaned on one day.

Better than a 3 stars, a good experience

A third Time in Queen Ann Hotel, very plesant as usual.
Thanks you for all the team for the welcoming and kindness.
Particularly, thanks for Hanna who always helped us when it was necessary, for the suggestions to organize the trip, and being always smiling.

Pros:

性价比不错，客房整体比较干净卫生，所有设备正常工作，员工服务亲切友好，地理位置方便。

Cons:

淋浴水压非常小，客房不隔音，走廊里的声音听的非常清楚。
