Pleasant , helpful staff, great umbrellas!!
Pros:

Position to dining areas and public transport. Nice stroll along the river.

Cons:

One photo of the room showed a tree and a green space outside. This view persuaded me to book this hotel. Once in the room, this was not the case. Disappointed.

ツインルームが広くて良かった

Cons:

ランドリーに洗濯機と乾燥機が2台しかなくて、順番待ちが長かった
朝食の女性スタッフが態度が悪く、折角の滞在印象が悪くなった

Wir könnten unser Gepäck solange wir aus dem Henro unterwegs waren hier lagern.
Die Ausstattung war super und das Preisleitungsverhältnis super.

Pros:

Location was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Air conditioning didn't work and windows didnt open. Room was very dated. Large step up and over needed to get into the washroom - this was a tripping hazard. No iron in room. 10am checkout unless you paid extra for another hour.

En Hotel - stay again
Pros:

Upgraded on arrival to a larger room (3 adults). Very comfy beds.
Central location - short walk or tram ride from Hiroshima Station.
Laundry facilities.
Great breakfast selection - Asian & western.
Advised that a Wi-Fi booster was available (FOC) if the in house signal wasn't sufficient (booster was excellent)

Cons:

Not a complaint - just an observation / opinion.
FOH staff should be aware of restaurants nearby. On the night in question it was raining and we didn't want to venture very far. Problem is staff may only be in that area for work so do not eat out (in that area).
We found the Chinese Grill Hao literally metres from the hotel and were very happy indeed with that discovery.
