我入住了五個晚上，訂房時有備註請安排超樓層安靜客房，房間是安排在701邊間，很安靜，甚至一度以為隔壁沒有住人，飯店盡力的滿足了我的需求，非常感謝，地理位置距離銀山町站步行約5分鐘，飯店2分鐘路程內就有2家便利商店，樓下就有一兩間餐廳(其中也有供應早餐的店家)，步行15~20分鐘可以到熱鬧的八丁堀、本通、唐吉軻德等地方
飯店本身早餐菜色也是很豐富，前一天晚上預定還有優惠，房間應有盡有，參考了以前的分享是說插座很少，但這次去發現，其實非常充足，或許飯店有增設了
櫃台都很客氣，我是日語初學者，他們耐心聽我的溝通，甚至不吝嗇教學我日語
中途有清理房務，打掃得非常好
我送給了櫃檯還有房務一些台灣的小點心，感謝他們的服務，希望他們喜歡

怕冷的人，可能覺得冷氣很冷，開低速風，夜間睡覺不覺得冷，可能棉被都足夠保暖，離開棉被才覺得有點寒冷

Lovely hotel with great view of the river and wonderful eateries nearby.
Pros:

The location was great! I love how the river was right behind the hotel. There is a cute little cafe right next to En Hotel that provided excellent breakfast and lunch! I love the view of my room that faces the river. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. The room was tiny. I wish the toilette was separated from the bath but the room was sufficient for one person. Enjoyed walking next to the river, Hijiyama Park, Atomic Bomb Dome, etc.

Cons:

The room was a bit small but the view was AWESOME!

Nice location and view but room and equipment are not worthy of the price
Pros:

Comfortable bed, nice location and view by the river

Cons:

No socket in the room to charge a laptop or phone (only usb plug which does not work for all devices)
Bathroom sink has moisty paint
Room walls paint need also a refresh
Water bottles for the first night would be appreciated
