Relaxing, enjoyable and hope to return, good atmosphere
Pros:

I went out for breakfast as I like an eggs/omelette also I was on a few days away alone and liked to relax in the morning so breakfast finishing at 9am was too early for me. The staff were excellent and the lady who owned the Hotel was so lovely and an excellent host, I was sorry I didn't get her name a lovely lady. It was great yo get early breakfast at 6am the morning left. If I return to Lourdes maybe with my husband at some stage, I will stay in Hotel Ahena, I woll re commend it to friends. Thank you for a lively stay. Mary O Connor

Cons:

Maybe portion size of dinner a little small but food good. I would have liked a Menu to choose from but I also understand it's easier to cater with one dish with big groups. Dinner good value at €20

La ubicación excelente.
El jefe nos llevó hasta nuestro coche, para poderlo dejar en el parking del hotel y la atención excepcional.

Pros:

We actually did not stay at Hotel Agena as it was closed. We stayed in its sister hotel St Louis
They had contacted me earlier to inform me. I appreciate that we were informed earlier.

Cons:

No tea making facilities in the room. Us Irish love our tea. ☕

Would most definitely stay again on the right side of the hotel nearest the bar.
Pros:

We were bed only but received a complimentary meal on arrival as our plane was delayed and we arrived late at night with no other facilities open to purchase food. It may have been a mistake but you were so kind and happy to move on as a complimentary meal. Maybe this us a good way forward for future bed only quests.

Cons:

Our plane was delayed and I would never have stayed if I’d have had to go to the opposite side of our rooms. They look older and I need of great repair. Please always put us in the right side of the building if you can x
