早餐令人驚艷，很多特色料理，也很用心。晚間的happy hours也很實用，零食與酒類繁多視野也好，小孩老人都開心。走路範圍內就可以到牧志站與國際通，非常方便。小孩很喜歡親人的吉祥物「海洋風師爺君」。
