It’s new nice hotel at a central location, 2 min walk to Senso-ji temple & Nakamise and Sumida river. You have Asakusa metro station in 1 min walk.
If you would like to be close to Shibuya & restaurant & bars area, this place is a bit far.
The Gate Hotel was an excellent base for our stay in Tokyo. The location is superb, with easy access to the local attractions, transport links and plenty of places to eat and explore nearby.
The staff were consistently helpful, friendly and efficient, making check-in and every interaction throughout our stay smooth and welcoming. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which offers fantastic views across the city and is a wonderful place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
The rooms are on the smaller side, which is typical for Tokyo, but they are thoughtfully designed and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, well-equipped and in a great location, this hotel offers excellent value and I would happily stay here again.
Lokalizacja super:) Atmosfera w hotelu super, jakość do ceny naprawdę warto. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu jeszcze przyjechaliśmy wcześniej i nie było problemu z naszymi bagażami, aby zdeponować je przed naszym zameldowaniem. A nie ukrywam byliśmy wczas. Super i warto ! :)
Good location - Very near to the Temple, eateries and famous streets. There is a supermarket just beside the hotel. Walking distant from Train station. Room size is acceptable and the view is reasonable. You could see the Skytree Tower from the reception area and the rooftop.
Didn't get a room that face the Skytree Tower.

The room was very nice and quite spacious. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was split so the shower and bath were seperate to the toilet and sink. Breakfast was very good as was the bar for a nightcap. I ordered a whiskey and they served it with a lovely hand craved ice cube - great service!!! The very good breakfast is also served in the bar and it offers great views. The breakfast buffet wasnt as vast as some others i've had, but the standard of food was very good - superb poached eggs!!!!

Great reception area and breakfast room on 13th floor. Very central location near Shinto shrine. Compared with other hotels, its price range is reasonable for what you get. Staff very helpful.
