Clean and comfortable
Good breakfast.
It was a bit pricey.
I liked the inside pool.
I didn’t like how unclean the rooms truly are as I found dead and ALIVE roaches in my room.
The breakfast area was clean. The attendant was nice.
There were supposed to be biscuits and gravy yet there were no biscuits. No biscuits came out during our time to get breakfast
Horrible, cold and very cheap
The room was horrible, air conditioning was leaking and cutting off and on, the closet was filled with mold and water spots everywhere. there was a roach in the bathroom, the beds were horrible. Maybe bed bugs I itched all night long. The bathroom was remodeled and whomever did it the work was horrible, absolutely horrible. The room should not be a option to stay it need to be cleaned up and treated. All the staff did all night long was talk and make noise. It was not an enjoyable night, I reported it all to the front desk.
The room was very nasty! It smelled like wet dog and had been told someone had been living there for two months with two big dogs. They had no other rooms available anywhere and we arrived at 1 so we had to keep traveling all night until we could find another solution. There were stains on the sheets.
The room was clean!!! The walls could have been a little cleaner. And there was a mildew smell. But after going to Walmart we were able to get rid of the smell. Staff was friendly!!! And the breakfast was good. I'm sure I've did a review before. But it was asking for another one. Would I stay here again yes. I have no major complaints
The smell in the room
The lobby
Roaches, cracks in the title & weak spots in the floors upstairs.
Breakfast was fine. Boiled eggs would have been appreciated as a better source of protein.
Condition of facility is in need of serious maintenance. Our room had lots of mold and mildew in bathroom, and around window sills. Needed repainting. Curtains were filthy and torn. Didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the the sheets so we slept on top of the bedding on a blanket we brought with us. Next morning I killed a roach on the night stand. Unacceptable. When I shared with front desk, was given the excuse that exterminator had been there recently. Properties should be on a pest control schedule not reacting when bugs are reported. Proactive pest control and maintenance should be part of business model especially when we paid $200 for a room that was more of a Motel level instead of a Wyndam property level.
Clean and comfortable
The bed was nice
The air conditioner didnt blow cold .
The plastic lid covering the scrambled eggs was broken in two and taped with packing tape. All motels now have terrible eggs, this motel is no exception. The biscuits and gravy was ok. Coffee was ok. Sausage was good.
The room smelled musty. There was mildew in the shower and the door inside the bathroom was dirty and covered with some unknown pasty substance. The coffee maker spewed water out the side.
Good location because you are not far from food and shopping center.
