Pros:

Sauberkeit und Grösse des Hotelzimmers!

Cons:

Parken zu teuer!
Frühstück nicht optimal (Brötchen zu hart, Rührei geschmacklich nicht gut, Backzustand unbefriedigend)
Unbefriedigende Infos zur Steuerung der Klimaanlage!

Great stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was great - lots of variety.

Cons:

Safe was locked when we arrived and the refrigerator didn’t cool but we didn’t need either one. I’m sure if we asked, they would have been taken care of.

Good for stay reasonably close to Munich city center. Not worth for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with extremely helpful and efficient staff. Very conveniently located from city center. Easy walk to U and S-bahn station Harras with quick access (2 stations) to Munich Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

There was a small gap between the bathroom door and floor. I did not understand the reason for it and have never seen such. It make the room uncomfortable. We were at room 363, not sure if this is also in other rooms. Room was not very airy. The corridor decor looked old. Front reception staff were ok but could be more welcoming. Not worth a 4-star, felt more like 3-star hotel.

Hotel in guter Lage ohne Service
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe von U- und S-Bahn. Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice wurde komplett eingestellt, nur noch auf Anfrage/Anmeldung. Das Nachfüllen von Kaffee, Tee und Wasser sollte lt. Information bei der Antreise täglich erfolgen. Hat leider erst nach einer Beschwerde geklappt. Unser Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Dusche - keine Badewanne - wurde leider nicht berücksichtigt.
Der Barbereich wurde kaum genutzt, da er scheinbar für Fußballübertragungen reserviert war. Fußball lief an einem großen Bildschirm, allerdings ohne Gäste. In anderen Stadthotels haben wir die Bar sehr gerne genutzt und mussten oft nach freien Plätzen suchen. Das Konzept sollte man überdenken.

Люкс не может быть со сломанным холодильником и обшарпанной мебелью. В описании заявлена ванная, а был только душ. Для этой поездки это было важно
