Rundum gutes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zu erwähnen ist noch die gute Matratze vom Bett. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir zufrieden, auch wenn es die beschriebene große Brotauswahl nicht gab.

Cons:

Das Parken ist mit 25,-€ pro Tag schon teuer.

The staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

The reception service can be too slow at times even when there were more than one staff at the front desk, only one is helping out.

Estancia inmejorable
Pros:

El desayuno buffet tenia mucha variedad y estaba exquisito, los trabajadores se encargaban de reponer constantemente asi que siempre podias repetir sin problema.
La atencion de los trabajadores de la recepcion fue inmejorable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y muy amables siempre intentado entenderte independientemente del idioma que hables
Y los trabajadores que se encargan de las habitaciones tambien muy atentos y amables.

Room was quite okay and breakfast was good. However, the carpet in the room and corridor had a damp smell and looked like it wasn’t regularly shampooed or vacuumed.

Cons:

We are a couple, so we requested a double bed instead of a twin bed, but it was not provided.

Ohne Worte - nie wieder - ist definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert!

Ich hatte eine Suite im 4. OG. Bad war sauber, Kaffeekapsel-Maschine auf dem Zimmer, Bett sauber und gut, Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Teppiche versifft und dreckig, Klimaanlage laut und wenig effektiv - konnte die Temperatur nicht wirklich reduzieren, das Warmwasser hatte keine konstante Temperatur - Wechsel zwischen zu heiß/zu kalt, keine Reinigung/Roomservice, Personal lustlos und uninspiriert - wichtige und notwendige Infos musste man erfragen, keine Minibar, nur leerer Kühlschrank, Frühstück Durchschnitt - wenn man später kam, konnte man sich mit den Resten vergnügen, Service = 0, der Gast stört nur.

Pros:

We were told during the check-in that we're lucky to get a room in the renovated part of the building. I don't have comparison with the rest of the building, but our room was great - quiet, clean, well equipped. The staff everywhere was incredible - at the reception, at the lounge, in the breakfast restaurant. Whatever we needed, nothing was a problem. We travelled with a toddler (two years), so appreciated the kids' area in the breakfast restaurant. The only unpleasant surprise was when we found out there is no dining restaurant as I understood from the web pages there was one. On the other hand, you're welcome to bring take-away into the lounge and enjoy your dinner at the terrace there. Plus there are many restaurants in the surroundings (Vietnamese, Chinese, Italian, German Biergarten, etc.). Also, there is DM, Lidl, various bakeries, small groceries and many other small shops in the surroundings. Public transport S7 and U6 are just 5 minutes away from the hotel (walking).
