Wenn der Preis stimmt - gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Ich hatte während des Aufenthaltes Geburtstag und es gab als Überraschung einen kleinen Teller mit Kuchenauswahl aufs Zimmer :)
Der Teppich auf den Fluren ist sehr dick, sodass man kaum etwas mitbekam, wenn draußen auf dem Flur was los war.

Cons:

Duschkopf war leider extrem verkalkt. Nutzung der Lüftung war nicht ganz klar.
Leider auch extrem teuer für 2 Nächte, nur weil ein großes Event in der Stadt war.

Aasialaistaustainen respa mies oli todella ystävällinen ja palvelualtis.

Cons:

Kun varasin kohteen ajattelin kuvien ja tietojen perusteella että tyylikäs siisti hotelli ja siistit huoneet. Varaukseni oli King suite. Matkustimme vauvan kanssa ja meille olisi ollut tärkeää että huoneessa on jääkaappi/minibaari. Oli kyllä mutta otettu pois käytöstä (haisi) Kysyin respasta asiaa ja näin on, ei ole koska ne on kaikki otettu pois käytöstä.
King vuode oli kaksi erillistä vuodetta, en jaksanut edes vaivautua siitä kyselemään. Osa huoneista on varmasti kivoja mutta tämä King suite oli todella nuhjuinen ja tunkkainen. Pyyhkeet oli jo aikansa eläneitä. Kokolattiamaton päällä ei tehnyt mieli kävellä kun se oli niin likaisen oloinen. Ei vastannut kuvausta

Right place for U-Bahn and trains. Not a hotel I will choose again.

Location, public transport in the nearby, restaurants and markets in the area. Green areas.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable beds, no access to TV payment programs (neither in room nor in lobby bar area), average continental breakfast, ordinary customer service at desk. After paying the full due amount at check-in on the arrival date, I was asked a 50 euro deposit fare. W H Y? Absurd! 2 days after checking out STILL NO DEPOSIT MONEY REFUND!
This is absolutely UNFAIR for an international structure that claims to offer a professional service.
I ahve written 3 mails so far and received no concrete resolution. During check-out, customer care desk explicitly assured me that the €50 DEPOSIT would BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY once the invoice was issued. The invoice has been issued, and yet the refund still has not been processed. SHAME!

Pros:

Pulito, ben organizzato, silenzioso, colazione internazionale molto ricca e varia, prezzo ottimo (offerta booking) e personale sempre sorridente e disponibile.

Cons:

Ricordarsi di chiedere la pulizia della camera alla reception, perchè va programmata la sera prima per il giorno dopo. In ogni caso, il personale addetto è disponibile sul piano e può aiutare se manca qualcosa o se è necessario un asciugamano aggiuntivo.
