Vorsicht bei der Abrechnung – mangelnder Service im Problemfall
Pros:

Das Hotel selbst ist modern, sauber und gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und der Aufenthalt an sich war angenehm. Das spiegelt sich ja auch in den ansonsten guten Bewertungen hier wider.

Cons:

Extremer Mangel an Kundenorientierung und unprofessionelles Verhalten des Managements im Nachgang.

Beim Check-in wurde eine vermeintliche Doppelbuchung (über Booking und ein Kongresskontingent) festgestellt. Es wurde vor Ort explizit mit dem Mitarbeiter vereinbart, dass das Hotel die Stornierung prüft und mich informiert, falls dies nicht klappt, damit ich das Zimmer anderweitig nutzen oder an Kollegen weitergeben kann. Da keine Rückmeldung erfolgte und beim Check-out nur die reguläre Rechnung präsentiert wurde, schien alles erledigt.

Am Folgetag wurde mein Konto dann heimlich mit weiteren 107,10 € für ein leeres Zimmer belastet ("No-Show"). Das Hotel gab im Schriftverkehr sogar zu, dass das Problem beim Check-in bekannt war, verweigert aber uneinsichtig die Rückerstattung. Man hat mir durch das Verschweigen der geplatzten Stornierung aktiv die Chance genommen, das bezahlte Zimmer zu nutzen.

Fazit:
Für Geschäftsreisende, bei denen Buchungen über Kongresse o.ä. laufen, leider nicht zu empfehlen. Absprachen vor Ort werden ignoriert und das Management schaltet bei Fehlern auf stur, um doppelt zu kassieren (das Hotel war nachweislich nicht ausgebucht). Ich muss das Geld nun mühsam per Chargeback über die Bank zurückfordern. Schade um das eigentlich gute Hotel.

Günstig ohne Frühstück
Pros:

Prima Zimmer nach hinten zum Innenhof. Sehr ruhig! Gute Betten.

Cons:

Frühstück kostet 25 €. Das kann zwar gerechtfertigt sein wenn man morgens schlemmen kann. In unserem Fall haben wir darauf verzichtet. Mir reicht normalerweise ein kleines Frühstück ohne viel Extras.
Für Parkplatz kostet ebenfalls mit 25 € die Nacht.

Cons:

...wir haben über booking gebucht und wurden wie Gäste 2. Klasse behandelt. Es gab unterschiedliche Aussagen was das Frühstück betraf ...das hat uns sehr enttäuscht 6nd auch verwundert.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß, Betten waren gut, etwas hellhörig, tolles Frühstücksangebot, wenn auch etwas lieblos angerichtet und nicht immer sofort aufgefüllt, gute Lage, zentrale Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Preis-Leistung nicht gerecht für das was geboten wird, kein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage
