Schimmel in der Dusche, Bad dreckig, Zimmer zu klein, laut, komische Gestalten in den Aufenthaltsräumen, ungemütliche Räume, Personal spricht kein deutsch (sogar an der Rezeption kein deutsch)

the staff were great, nice, understanding and helpful. and they ensured everyone wa safe, and provided 24 hours services, and also they were easy to respond when you have an issue with something. the place was clean, met new people, good value.

Cons:

the kitchen could be improved, more ammenities, cooking stove, and related things there, also, it'll be nice tob have an option for residents to buy breakfast. also, it's far from most places in berlin center

Kommer gärna tillbaka.
Pros:

Väldigt hjälpsam och serviceminded personal. Bra att en kunde välja rum för bara kvinnor och att det finns badrum i rummet.
Väldigt nära en mataffär, stort kök och stora ytor för att äta mat eller arbeta.
Nära tunnelbanestation och de hade satt upp rekommendationer för restauranger, caféer och saker en kunde göra i receptionen.
Rökfritt inomhus överallt och städat blev det varje dag. Fanns låsbara värdeskåp som inte kostade något, om det fanns tillgängliga, vilket det fanns under tiden jag var där.

Cons:

Inte alla som städade undan efter sig i köket, men det är ju inte hotellets fel. Likaså kunde det vara ont om bestick eller muggar, förmodligen för att flera gäster tog med sig till rummen. Inte heller hotellets fel, men bra att veta.
Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt så om en behöver ha tyst på nätterna så ta med öronproppar.

Hier kann man günstig im Hostel-Stil übernachten mit allem, was man grundlegend dafür braucht!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Beste Erreichbarkeit mit der U-Bahn, kurze Wege. Die Nähe zum Akazien-Kiez ist toll! Der Preis war unschlagbar. Auf unsere Rückmeldungen wurde sofort zufriedenstellend reagiert.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist für bescheidene Reisende sehr gut geeignet. Mehr Hostel als Hotel, aber wenn man das mag, ist alles ok!

Zostawiam ocenę 10 tylko ze względu na to, że nie było problemu z późnym wymeldowaniem o 13 oraz że personel był polskojęzyczny, natomiast to na pewno nie jest standard trzygwiazdkowego hotelu. Brak TV, linoleum w pokoju, brak wymiany ręczników przez cały pobyt, brak szklanek/kubków, żeby napić się wody, a przede wszystkim brak w łazience jednorazowego kubeczka (takiego co kosztuje 5 groszy), żeby trzymać szczoteczkę do zębów. To jest hostel, a nie hotel.
