Pros:

Great location, very friendly and efficient staff. Quiet and relaxing hotel, despite being in the middle of Paris. Very comfortable bed with lovely bedlinen. A real sense of being in a French residence.

Cons:

One small thing - the hangers in the wardrobe were difficult to access, tricky to hang up shirts etc.

Super Lage, ruhiges Quartier trotz Nähe zu Louvre und Musée d'Orsay. Diese sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar (10 Min.). Freundliches Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre. Gutes Frühstück. Grosses, geräumiges Zimmer. Wunderschöner Innenhof. Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Wir waren in der Brasserie Lipp, sehr zu empfehlen, reservieren. Super Jazzbar gleich um die Ecke. Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Betten zu schmal, Matratzen jedoch super. Kein Kühlschrank.

Well located hotel in the St Germain area, pleasant hotel and staff. Needs an update to the decor.c
Pros:

Breakfast was self service. There was a small, but tasty selection available, regularly topped up during service.

Cons:

The small bar area and saloon weren't particularly inviting spaces, but they could've been . There were drinks available when you asked a member of reception staff.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, the reception desk very helpful and the location was great.

Cons:

The room overlooking rue jacob was noisy especially early in the morning. Fırthermore, since the window could not be opened, the room was very stuffy.

L’amabilité du personnel de réception, le calme , la localisation, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Poussière accumulée derrière le bois de lit depuis le passage d’Ernest Hemingway. Immédiatement signalé et rectifié par l’hôtel. La vétusté des équipements. Une réceptionniste nous a dit qu’elle nous déduirait 10pcent mais comment ? Puisque nous avions tout réglé d’avance…Si vous avez la réponse ? Merci

Aufgrund der Lage und des Frühstücks würde ich hier wieder absteigen.
Pros:

Exzellente Lage, 30 Minuten von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß weg, zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, nettes Personal, Koffer wird am Abreisetag verwahrt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, leider gab es keine Duschhalterung, alles nicht so schlimm eher etwas originell.

Great location but weathered hotel.

Slightly run down. The whole place should be refurbished. When I arrived my room was hot. They tried to downplay it but ultimately agreed it was a problem. I had to have the window open to let cool air in. A friend who arrived several days before me had similar problems & she was given a different room. Breakfast was boring with no variation from day to day. Bad coffee. No pleasantries from staff when I departed.

We have stayed here several times for business and will book again when we visit Paris in the future
Pros:

The front desk staff was exceptional. Very helpful. The location is great. We love the St. Germain area. You can easily walk everywhere from the hotel.
