Relaxing, comfortable hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Lovely inner courtyard garden made for relaxing over a glass of wine. Very good standard of breakfast.

Location was very good and within walking distance to many attractions

Cons:

The room was very disappointing. Firstly you have to use stairs from the lift to go down to the room. The stairs were very unsafe they were lopsided, warped and uneven. Then two stairs to go up to the room. When you open the door, the toilet was immediately to the left of the door. You then had to open another door to a sitting area then walk through another door to get to the bedroom then another door to get through to the bathroom. The room layout made no sense and was not practical. There was mold in the bathroom and paint coming off the ceiling in the shower. No fridge in the bedroom (I understand most hotels don’t in Paris) however at least provide tea/coffee in the bedroom. We had to go downstairs to get tea and coffee and when it was outside of breakfast we were charged for this when it should be complimentary. The photos on booking.com of the rooms were misleading. Mostly staff were nice however were not able to change the room for us advising the hotel was fully booked. When questioned about the stairs they said there is no issue and Paris is an old city and the stairs cannot be fixed. So warning to everyone

Absolut guter Standort um in der Innenstadt von Paris Urlaub zu machen
Pros:

Am besten die Lage. Mitten im Herzen von Paris, sehr vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber auch in der Nähe Metro-Stationen.

I liked the old Parisian design of the hotel.

Cons:

The service at breakfast was really poor, not even acknowledge I was in the room. The room is very small. The shower screen over bath has no plastic at the bottom to keep water from going on floor.

Pros:

Bad sound isolation. Could hear every word spoken in the room next door and above and below.

素晴らしいロケーション、雰囲気、スタッフでした。

Cons:

リフトがないので、荷物が重い人は注意。私も死ぬ思いで３階まで荷物を運びましたが、そんな不便なんてどうでもいいくらい素晴らしいホテルです。

The breakfast was very nice and the staff were lovely. Most of the problem resides in the advertising on booking.com that showed the comfort room to be much nicer than it actually was. I needed a ground floor room due to health issues also and thought that's what I had reserved through booking.com but my room was on the fourth floor. If I was able to spend on a more expensive room downstairs, I would have enjoyed the room much more. The photos and description provided for the comfort room on booking.com were misleading and didn't match what I received when we arrived. I would recommend the location for proximity to the Louvre and some excellent restaurants nearby. And, I am thankful to the staff for being kind.

We hadden gelezen dat het hotel een lift had maar naar onze verdieping was dit jammer genoeg niet het geval. Mogelijk is deze informatie toe te voegen aan de site van het hotel. Met name als je wat fysieke problemen hebt is dat wel belangrijk

Great location, very friendly and efficient staff. Quiet and relaxing hotel, despite being in the middle of Paris. Very comfortable bed with lovely bedlinen. A real sense of being in a French residence.

Cons:

One small thing - the hangers in the wardrobe were difficult to access, tricky to hang up shirts etc.

Super Lage, ruhiges Quartier trotz Nähe zu Louvre und Musée d'Orsay. Diese sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar (10 Min.). Freundliches Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre. Gutes Frühstück. Grosses, geräumiges Zimmer. Wunderschöner Innenhof. Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Wir waren in der Brasserie Lipp, sehr zu empfehlen, reservieren. Super Jazzbar gleich um die Ecke. Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Betten zu schmal, Matratzen jedoch super. Kein Kühlschrank.
