La chambre était petite et le restaurant la Trattoria est très cher par rapport à la qualité de la cuisine et du service.
Amazing property if you like to experience living in a historical mansion. Plenty to do, but, still, as the location is isolated, I wouldn’t recommend a long stay (might get a bit boring).
SPA can only be accessed once you have a specific treatment booked, which is somehow limiting, as it is sometimes nice just to hang around in between sauna and hamman.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Abbaye des Vaux‑de‑Cernay.
The welcome at reception was exceptional, especially thanks to Carolina, whose kindness, professionalism, and personal attention made us feel genuinely valued from the very first moment.
The accommodation conditions were outstanding. The room was prepared with great care and attention to detail, offering every comfort one could wish for. The bedding, duvets, and pillows were of remarkable quality and truly luxurious.
We also had a delightful dinner at the restaurant L'auberge, where the cuisine was excellent and perfectly matched the overall high standard of the property.
Overall, this is an incredible hotel complex with impeccable service, genuine care for guests, and a very refined atmosphere. We were thoroughly impressed by our entire stay.
We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an exceptional experience.

Chambre petite et pas beaucoup d’échantillons de produit à notre service ce qui était assez utile
petit déjeuner et goûter incroyables, beauté des lieux et personnel irréprochable
les soins du SPA sont beaucoup trop chers pour des soins qui restent basiques
Les films du cinéma sont un peu anciens et surtout réservés aux enfants
il y a moins d'activités (yoga...) proposées en semaine c'est dommage
