Le spa, la propreté des chambres, les activités disponibles, la qualité du petit déjeuner, convivialité, jeux de société

Cons:

Les équipements pour mon chien n’étaient pas très propres, les routes très peu praticables en cas de mauvais temps, le service de navette peu réactif, les suppléments au petit déjeuner, aucun produits salés pour le goûter pour ceux qui ne mangent pas de sucré

Cons:

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de lait sans lactose, mais que du lait végétal, mon seul bémol pour le petit déjeuner ou le goûter car je ne suis pas une fan des végétales

Le lieu est magnifique et l’accueil irréprochable, cependant, l’organisation lors du check-out laisse à désirer. Le réceptionniste m’a demandé de régler le restaurant, alors que nous avions déjà payé en espèces la veille sans prendre de ticket (ce que nous ignorions devoir faire). Il a contacté le restaurant et tout semblait réglé.
Une semaine plus tard, on m’a rappelé pour me dire qu’ils n’avaient finalement pas retrouvé le paiement et qu’il faudrait régler la somme à nouveau. Je trouve cette situation inadmissible et très dérangeante.
Venant d’un établissement de ce genre, l’organisation devrait être impeccable.

Le cadre est évidemment très beau voire majestueux.
On apprécie le calme du lieu...

Cons:

Le prix pour la prestation globale, goûter très moyen, petit déjeuner correct mais rien d'exceptionnel sauf pour ce qui est fait à la demande (café spécial, plat à base d'oeufs..)
Installations du SPA moyennes et soins très onéreux pour la qualité de la prestation (bien que satisfaisante).

Pros:

Le personnel très agréable, disponible et aux petits soins. Cet endroit est juste magique et parfait pour décompresser et respirer l’air frais qu’on a pas forcément à Paris. Notre chambre cosy au haras était sublime !
