La communication, nous avons appris tard (la veille de notre arrivée) que la piscine était en travaux pendant notre séjour et nous avons eu la surprise, une fois arrivé en visitant les lieux, qu’elle avait été réouverte. Personne ne nous avait informé.

De locatie is mooi en rustig gelegen. De gebouwen zijn historisch en hebben veel charme, wat het verblijf een bijzondere sfeer geeft. Een fijne plek om even tot rust te komen en te genieten van de omgeving.
De service was niet op het niveau dat je mag verwachten gezien de prijs die wordt gerekend. Het personeel van het hotel en de restaurants straalde niet uit dat zij gasten volledig wilden ontzorgen, waardoor de dienstverlening minder persoonlijk en attent aanvoelde dan verwacht.

Un lieu remarquable, des infrastructures que nous ne voyons que dans des films. C'est rare d'avoir l'occasion de séjourner dans des endroits préservés et beaux comme ça. Je suis surpris par la qualité des chambres, des activités à disposition !
Il y a un gros problème au niveau du personnel qui n'est pas du tout cohérent avec les lieux. On arrive dans un cadre magnifique, on paye un certain prix, donc on s'attend à avoir un bon personnel. Nous avons mangé dans le restaurant de l'abbaye à plusieurs reprises, plus de 40 minutes pour avoir des frites. Le personnel qui ne retient pas nos commandes, qui ne sait pas ce qu'il vend (cigares, etc.). Et tout ça en payant 30 € pour un petit tartare, 8 € pour une bouteille d'eau. Alors oui, le cadre est exceptionnel, vraiment ! Mais on s'attend à voir une meilleure expérience dans les restaurants et ne pas sentir qu'on n'est qu'un portefeuille pour l'hôtel.
