Cinque stelle, una delusione totale

Il soggiorno al Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof è stato la peggiore esperienza alberghiera che abbia vissuto. Una delusione profonda, ancora più difficile da accettare in una struttura che si presenta come un cinque stelle.

La camera era sporca e la pulizia, nella mia esperienza, è stata inesistente. Un ambiente pulito è il requisito minimo dell’ospitalità, indipendentemente dalla categoria. Trovarmi in queste condizioni ha compromesso il soggiorno e lasciato una sensazione di forte disagio e amarezza.

Anche il servizio è stato una delusione assoluta: l’ho percepito come inesistente, completamente lontano dal livello che mi aspettavo. Non ho trovato quella cura dell’ospite che dovrebbe essere alla base di un cinque stelle. La distanza tra le aspettative e la realtà è stata enorme.

Non parlo di piccoli dettagli o di qualche imperfezione. Parlo delle basi: pulizia della camera e qualità del servizio. Sono proprio questi gli aspetti che, nella mia esperienza, sono mancati e che hanno trasformato il soggiorno in un ricordo estremamente negativo.

Assegno il voto minimo perché rispecchia sinceramente ciò che ho vissuto. Un’esperienza da dimenticare, che mi ha lasciato una grande delusione anziché il piacere di un soggiorno all’altezza delle aspettative.

Great location and mountains view
Pros:

The location is the best, just close to the station and around lot of restaurants. Our room was very spacious and with a nice view to the mountains. A baby crib has been provided to our baby.

Cons:

Our room was too hot and the only thing we had was a small fan, even though we requested another one and they gently provided. But still not enough to a weather of 28 degrees. The restaurants are overpriced and the food was just good. The breakfast was also just ok, not impressive.
