Great location and mountains view
Pros:

The location is the best, just close to the station and around lot of restaurants. Our room was very spacious and with a nice view to the mountains. A baby crib has been provided to our baby.

Cons:

Our room was too hot and the only thing we had was a small fan, even though we requested another one and they gently provided. But still not enough to a weather of 28 degrees. The restaurants are overpriced and the food was just good. The breakfast was also just ok, not impressive.

Tout va bien !
Pros:

Pour une personne âgée , la baignoire n est pas très accessible ! Crainte de tomber , impossible d accéder à la douche sans entrer dans la baignoire !

７月の半ばに行きましたが、夕食のレストランは事前予約をしないと空きがなかったので事前にホテル側から聞いてほしかったです。

Very very disappointing.....having to walk into town for Pizza each night when you are 5 Star!

Cons:

Restaurants.....four on sight, but kept telling us they were fully booked, when in fact they were virtually empty...couldn't even eat in the bar, because the kitchen wouldn't cook. Never been to a five-star hotel where they can't feed you....many other guests having same issue....very poor show indeed.
Room cost £3600.....and not one of the four restaurants could feed us......and they were absolutely NOT full.....one night they even looked shut!

Pros:

It was a great hotel met all my expectations very kind and clean and organize hotel

Cons:

The beds were a little uncomfy, no AC and very small fans. Also, there was a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel itself.
