Personale dell’hotel molto gentile! Camere molto belle e pulite! Colazione buona ed abbondante sia dolce e sia salata! Spa per rilassarsi dopo aver sciato , con due saune, un bagno turco, doccia emozionale , vasca idromassaggio e stanza del sale! Posizione comoda vicino anche alle piste da sci!

Staff gentile e disponibile, buona colazione con assortimento vario e qualità nel complesso soddisfacente. Camere abbastanza moderne nell’arredamento. Nel complesso nelle aspettative per un 3 stelle ma nulla di più

Cons:

Coperta che lasciava sulle lenzuola peli e sporcizie varie, lampadina del bagno senza paralume e non funzionante, inquinamento rumoroso dalla strada (noi eravamo al primo piano) e dalle altre stanze/corridoio parecchio fastidioso.

Zona molta bella da ritornarci per la posizione ottimale per raggiungere le piste e ponte di legno

Accoglienza ottima dal ragazzo in reception cordiale e simpatico, due dei tre camerieri, la cortesia della signora del bar e la gentilezza del cuoco. Stanza ampia,pulita e con vista montagna con terrazzino abbastanza ampio. Il bagno è ampio

Cons:

Brioche al tavolo e bevande self e buffet a richiesta incomprensibile per colpa della cameriera(bionda) non professionale con mancanza totale di gentilezza. Materie prime da migliorare e viaggiando molto posso riferire che molte cose sono da migliorare ad esempio la mancanza di lenzuola nel letto.

Ci ritorneremo ancora di sicuro.
Pros:

La posizione in paese , la camera e bagno nuova molto ordinato, con una vista spettacolare. Colazione, pranzo e cena buona e abbondante, personale gentilissimo competente pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza Struttura ordinata e pulita, tutto ok.
