Pros:

Ottima posizione frontemare e vicino alla fermata dell'autobus, con il quale si potevano raggiungere la stazione dei treni, le altre località della costa (Riccione, Cattolica, ecc) e le attrazioni come l'Italia in miniatura.
Camera e bagno puliti, buon cibo e staff molto cordiale.
Lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti.

Pros:

Coming to Rimini for work reasons is difficult, especially when the only availability is here. All i can add that thankfully i only had to stay for a Night. It would be worth to update the atmosphere of the hotel even using ikea homewear.

A wonderful 5 days with our hosts the Balducci Famliy

My sister, 2 friends visiting from the USA and I enjoyed a wonderful 5 days with our hosts the Balducci Famliy. My sister, Mother and I had the pleasure to stay here several years ago and we knew we had to return! You are made to feel like one of the family and they go out of thier way to make your stay memorable. Claudio's kitchen delivers mouth watering food and he even made my sister's favorite lemon cake again! Patrizia and her sister Daniela and thier brother Andreas are always there to chat and help. Thier parents were on holiday this visit...but also make all guests feeling like part of the family. The room with half-board was very reasonable. Thier contact for tours...Marizio...is very knowledgeable and takes you to unexpected destinations that never fail to please.

Great Experience!
Pros:

Three friends and I recently stayed at this family operated hotel in Rimini on the beach. My friends had stayed before and wanted to do so again inasmuch as they had had a great experience. We were picked up at the train station by sister Daniela. I'm sure in season this is not the usual assistance but it was much appreciated. For those of you who would use public transportation, catch Bus Number 11 across the street from the train station. The service was fantastic and the food, plentiful and tasty. Another sister, Patricia, runs the hotel with assistance from her husband, Claudio, the chef, and her brother Andres. She was most helpful in arranging for a tour guide, a professor of antiquities, Mauricio, who showed us around the area. Patricia drove us to the station on the day we left. The cost for our room and half-board was very reasonable. I cannot say enough about how we enjoyed our stay

Ich war auf der Sigep Messe in Rimini und habe 3 Nächte im Hotel San Francisco übernachtet. Inhaber geführt. Die Familie Balducci ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Frühstück ist in Ordnung.Hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick.WLAN im Zimmer und in der Lobby frei passte gut für meine Arbeit.Bushaltestelle zur Messe ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Great stay
Pros:

Stayed for a week in Hotel San Francisco with Team GB while competing at the Kickboxing World Championships, it was a great stay with friendly staff. Each dinner was 3 courses so we were always full up after meals, and we could have as much food as we liked for breakfast as it was a buffet which was very good as we needed to have a filling breakfast for our competition. Also great location, there were shops and restaurants across the road and it was right on a lovely beach. The rooms were spacious and they were cleaned everyday during our stay, they also had balconies

Disappointed experience
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect, however the variety of food served at breakfast and dinner was poor quality. Despite having paid we decided it was best to eat out. My hotel room smelt and the cleaners constantly kept leaving my balcony door and bathroom window open which goes against my security code. I left Italy unwell nursing a stomach bug........not good!
