Für uns die richtige Entscheidung
Pros:

Gute Lage am endlosen Strand, nur durch eine Straße mit wenig Verkehr getrennt. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind besser mit dem Auto zu besuchen. Es war eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das zuvor ausgewählte und recht umfangreiche Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer geliefert.

No volvería a Zen, sí a la Paloma. Hubo sorpresas negativas que no tuvieron compensación por parte del hotel, no pareció
Pros:

La ubicación, la tranquilidad de la zona, la vista desde nuestra habitación, trato amable de los empleados.

Cons:

Poca seriedad. El día de comienzo de la estadía (siendo el check in a lqs 14:00 y habiendo llamado a las 13:00hs) me dijeron que no tenían lugar para alojarnos, que no sabían qué les había pasado. No me ofrecieron solución de donde alojarme ese día, me dijeron que corría por mi cuenta si me quedaba en otro lado. A Zen tenía que ir el jueves en lugar del miércoles y cambiaron las fechas. Pensé que recibiríamos alguna atención especial o descuento por perder un día, pero no fue así. Cancelaron mi estadía por booking cobrándonos solamente 15USD menos (que no es nada) supongo que por temor a la reseña. Pagamos 555USD 3 noches y no tuvimos ningún beneficio. Solo nos descontaron la noche que no estuvimos por problema del hotel. No lo recomiendo porque tenés algo planeado y te lo modifican a último momento sin reparo.
Ropero corredizo roto, cama incómoda, te hundís, te despertás con dolor de espalda. Jacuzzi en el baño grande, pero los chorros no funcionan bien. Bastante descuidadas las instalaciones, no sé por qué cuentan con 4 estrellas.
