Great location with parking. Looks newly renovated.
Clean, warm, stylish, and friendly reception staff
The shower head in the superior room kept sliding down. I have a bad back so was not comfortable having to bend right down to shower
Definitely book again
Near beach and town ,very clean , food was very nice ,took daughter for her birthday
The cottage we stayed in was superb quality, clean, everything you needed and more, garden fantastic. Area wonderful, lots of lovely walks, rite on the beach.
Helpful staff, will visit yearly.
Nothing
Beautiful location,
Helpful, friendly staff.
Lovely food
All great
Food was good but evening meal was warm. Would have mentioned it to the waitress but my partner prefers 'not to make a scene'.
Decided to book a seaview after seeing some of the pictures on the website and was lucky enough to get the last one. Little did I know it was to be probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. £198 for the second Saturday in November? Far too expensive in my opinion.
Sea view and breakfast was excellent
Was all very good
Found that the staff were really nice and helpful
The property location overlooking the ocean is absolutely stunning. Very peaceful. Bar area and restaurant were extremely comfortable and clean. The suite we stayed in was very spacious with a very large outdoor balcony which was gorgeous. All the staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Great breakfast.
Room was clean and spacious. Next time will ask for a sea view as we looked over the carpark!
But stunning views from the garden and dining room / lounge. Would definitely stay again if we visited the area. Breakfast was extensive!
Décor was a bit dated and some arts of the room could have done with small repairs, but otherwise was good.
Good hotel. Great food. View beautiful
Staff seemed inconvenienced by the guests.
The location was excellent with stunning views. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We will be returning in the future.
We reported a problem with the door in the family room being faulty but this wasn't fixed by the time our stay was over and also the hotel was a little warm for our liking (though we know this is personal taste)
Breakfast was lovely, so were the breakfast staff. The room was great with a lovely view
I decided to stay for one more night but the person on reception wouldn’t honour the online price. He did say he could if I switched rooms. This felt very poor customer service. To switch rooms, double the room cleaning and linen for the sake of £30. Along with the hassle of moving rooms. He was also too busy to deal with my request to stay another night and asked me to speak to him later. I ended up checking out and finding somewhere just down the coast.
Great
Hot room
Seaview bedroom..was stunning ...so lovely to see the sea when you awoke and retired to bed.
Breakfast selection was amazing catered for every need. Evening meal was equally good and cooked to perfection. Dining room had a view of the sea which made the dining experience very pleasurable. Staff were very professional and friendly happy to assist when needed.
Nothing not to like.
