The location is good with great views over the bay.The hotel is very clean and staff were pleasant.Clientele were mostly older retired people and were very well behaved!
Our room was a twin situated above the kitchen with a rather smelly extractor fan outside the window.This stopped me from opening the window as food frying smells would have come in. Annoyingly machines were switched on at 6.30 each morning which woke me up, with a radio playing and staff talking….we were above the kitchen so noise was inevitable , it was just unfortunate, nobody’s fault.

Location was good, free EV charging. Service was good.
A bit cramped in the shower room bed and pillow were a bit hard , tail rail in the bathroom didn’t work and the extractor was noises, glass panels between bathroom and bed room ment you could not turn on the bathroom light in the night. Evening meal was nice but a bit expensive. Breakfast was ok.
Unser Superior-Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Einrichtung komfortabel, freundlich-bunt und neu. Den tollen Ausblick vom Balkon an einem schönen, klaren Spätsommerabend haben wir sehr genossen.
Dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Blick aufs Meer ! Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, mit einer tollen Sicht auf das Meer und einem Teil von Svanage ! Vom Hotel kann man über eine Treppe (über 150 Stufen) an den Strand und von dort, wenn man will, zu Fuß zur Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war toll ! Auch das Abendessen kann man nur empfehlen ! Alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir werden sicher nochmal kommen !
Das Bad im Zimmer war für meine 1m96 etwas eng ! Aber das Problem habe ich öfters mal.

Rooms were well furnished and very clean. Sea views were amazing. We had to change rooms twice during our stay but it was worth it as we liked the hotel so much. The staff moved our packed bags and everything went very smoothly.
The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent and varied.
The hotel charges everything to your room as standard practice. We prefer to pay for each evenings meals and drinks each day to avoid possible complications on checking out. Once we asked to pay each evening we were accommodated, so nothing that wasn’t solved.
The breakfast was amazing and wonderful sea views from the room we had. Electric charging was free which really surprised me. The reception staff were all lovely and friendly.
The room wasnt large & bathroom was small & compact. Didnt like the water being supplied in a pre made bottle. Not hygenic - just supply unopened bottles of water. We are on holiday not in hospital! Lots of elderly people staying at this hotel - made me feel quite young at 60! the parking in the carpark was tight also.

Size of the room, toilet was right by shower with little room to move. I would class this room as a single with a double bed in.

Staff very helpful and restaurant good, we only ate dinner on one occasion and it was very good.
Worth pairing extra for the sees view but the rooms vary in size.

Het ontbijt was te eenzijdig voor een verblijf van 5 dagen. Vers fruit? Soorten brood?
We have visited this hotel 4 times now, yes its a tad pricey, but we have found it great every time, great rooms great veiw (sea facing balconies) great staff great food, good bar, its comfortable, not to noisy. You can walk down to the beach and stroll along past to Coffee hut or alittle further to the Cafe and on into Swanage. For us it just right, we get well fed well rested and well walked.
