Wonderful, but bring a sleep mask.
Pros:

Fabulous views, excellent iced coffee, lovely staff, spotlessly clean.
We only ate in the restaurant once but it was really good.
Bit of a hike up the hill from Swanage, but that’s why the views are amazing.

Cons:

We were in one of the holiday houses. Beautifully done out, comfy, all really good.
Except that in the living room (which is upstairs) there are no blinds on the giant picture window. So sleeping on the sofa bed up there means being awake with the sun. (4am currently!)
They’ve gone to great pains to have shutters on all the velux windows, but it’s fairly pointless given one whole wall is glass.

Stunning view.
Pros:

The view from the room was exceptional. The room was stylishly decorated and comfortable.

Pros:

Parking plentiful and easy . Friendly and efficient check-in. Room and public areas seem to have been recently refurbished and in excellent condition. Friendly staff in bar and restaurant . Breakfast buffet excellent with very good menu selection too such as haddock and eggs, smashed avocado, eggs Benedict and others. Toast thick slices and perfect colour

Die Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Der Garten auf der Klippe mit Blick aufs Meer ist ist einzigartig zum Entspannen.Der Sandstrand ist zwar schmal aber nicht stark frequentiert und sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. DAS Servicepersonal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das englische Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Die Zimmertüren waren nervig zu öffnen und zu schließen. Unser Zimmer hatte den Blick zum Parkplatz raus direkt vor der Hausklimaanlage, die unter Tags nervigen Lärm produzierte. Die Dusche war etwas schwach. Aus dem Obergeschoss konnte man deutlich die Schritte und Tritte hören.

The location was amazing. So nice to be able to get to the beach down the steps… although coming up required a bit more effort!

Excellent location with great views
Pros:

The location was fantastic. with great sea views and views of Swanage. The service in the dining room and the food were very good. Having the steps down to the beach was so convenient. Just a 20 minute walk into Swanage centre.

Cons:

It would've been better if there was a fridge to cool the water that was left in the room each day.
