La Viuda De Jose Ignacio

Foi muuuito ruim, começando pelo colchão que tinha um sobre o outro e bem irregular, acordei com dor muita dor no corpo. A pia do banheiro era no quarto e extremamente baixa, quase na altura dos joelhos. O box, que não tinha box e sim uma cortina bem velha, não tinha nenhuma iluminação 🙄. E p/ completar no 2º dia choveu muito na cidade e teve goteira no meu quarto, bem em cima da mala do meu marido, que por sorte eu a fechei antes de sair, senão teria molhado toda a roupa. E p/ completar o hotel não tem elevador e vc mesma tem que subir as malas nos 3 ou 4 lances de escada, mas o pior disso é não ter a acessibilidade, tanto p/ cadeirantes como p/ idosos ou até mesmo alguém que esteja machucado ou com dificuldade de subir as escadas. E essa não é só a minha opinião e sim do grupo todo, estávamos em 10 pessoas. Péssima estadia neste hotel.
A única exceção foi o atendimento, todos eram muito simpáticos e solícitos, mas mesmo com todos os esforços deles a experiência foi ruim.

Apesar do bom atendimento, o hotel está em mau estado de conservação e de limpeza.

A estadia foi boa mas o hotel é bem afastado e isolado. A gente queria um.hotel mais no centrinho de Ignacio mas do mais foi tudo bem.

Very poorly maintained hotel.
General smell of mildew.
Cleanliness in public areas was awful. No attention to detail such as refinishing the bathroom wall where a plumbing connection had been changed. I had a completely broken closet door in my room and a constantly leaking hair conditioner dispenser in the shower, creating a slimy puddle. The water for the Jacuzzi was a little more than warm but not hot. Breakfast isn't served until 9:00 and the in-room coffee is instant. Would not reccomend.

We have stayed at several properties in Jose Ignacio and thought we would give La Viuda a try as we were bringing some friends back in November

We were not impressed!

We check in and it appeared to be no one there and then it took 15 minutes to determine what room we were in. We go to the room, which looked comfortable and during the demo of the hot tub, they are unable to shut it off. So, off to another room.

Same room but in the morning, we find towels and sheets that are stained.
We go down for breakfast in the morning at 8:14am and find out that it is not served until 9am. No one was there. They could have offered us something but did not.

So, we left and cancelled our November reservation another reservation we had for November.

Definitely not a good experience and they to focus on basic upkeep.

Queda en un lugar tranquilo pero las fotos son engañosas, es pequeño y alejado y no se ve el mar desde la suite pero se escucha.
El desayuno muy rico, hay estacionamiento y tiene una piscina y bicicletas que puedes usar.

Very pleasant location and comfortable room. They also offered bikes and beach equipment for loan, along with an excellent breakfast in the morning. The staff were very helpful and the outdoor open space was welcoming and beautiful. A nice place in Jose Ignacio.

Limpeza do quarto razoável.

The area is beautiful, but the room very old and in very bad condition. It is a shame that some property owners rent a 300 Usd night bedroom is a status of a 1 star minus hotel. Will come back
To the area but not to this poor place. The sink was loose and also the toilette, throwing water to the floor… room was not well cleaned. I will it Reccomendation travelers to go to this place.

The area is very quiet and there are a lot of other nice places to stay, after stating one night I moved to another place, paid less and was excellent.

Equipe muito cordial, quarto com uma vista linda, muito espacoso e com ótima disposição dos móveis, alem de uma banheira de hidromassagem muito boa. Não é a primeira vez no La Viuda e espero que não seja a ultima.

Ótima estadia, nossa família ficou no quarto maior da pousada que é separado por dois cômodos e dois banheiros e uma banheira que foi útil para relaxar ao final dos dias. Café da manhã farto e gostoso. Atendimento muito atencioso dos funcionários, em especial do Javier.

Absolutamente todo!!!!! La atención extraordinaria!!!

The staff went out of their way to meet any request. Exceptional service. Breakfast was an excellent way to start the day - fresh, abundant and they serve it in the pool, your room, anywhere you like. Decoration was beautiful, artsy, good taste. Umbrellas and beach towels were very convenient. Great bikes!

Muy buena atencion. Un lugar para descansar

Hotel confortavel . Quarto muito espaçoso , limpo , com uma enorme banheira de hidromassagem . A area da piscina e que esta precisando de alguma melhora .
Atendimento do Sr Xavier muito bom . Super atencioso e prestativo inclusive para nos levar e buscar no centro de Jose Ignacio pois existe uma certa dificuldade em se conseguir um taxi
