servicios basicos, no muy comodo, esperaba mejores condiciones
Pros:

No tomamos el desayuno, ni nos acordamos que estaba incluido, en recepcion la informacion fue limitada, los chicos que nos atendieron son un poco indiferentes a explicar las caracteristicas de la estancia.

Cons:

no dejaron jabon y shampoo suficiente en la habitacion para la estancia, el estacionamiento es la calle y esta limitado al numero de vehiculos, no permiten alimentos o bebidas pero dijeron que tampoco vendian nada en el area de alberca

Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, me gustó que tuviera vegetación.

Cons:

La ubicación esta mas lejos de lo que esperaba del centro de cuernavaca, los muebles de la zonas comunes y la habitación son ya viejos, la alberca es muy pequeña no alcanza para todos los huéspedes o la disfrutan unos u otros y los que la usan la acaparan todo el dia. Piden no comer alimentos en la alberca y vi a niños y adultos comiendo y bebiendo dentro de la alberca. La atención puedo manejar la como aceptable ya que no necesitamos mucho de ellos.

De los mejores hoteles en Cuernavaca, muy buena relación precio - calidad
Pros:

Me he hospedado muchas veces en este hotel por distintos motivos, las instalaciones son excelentes y el ambiente es de lo mejor.

Cons:

En esta ocasión me di cuenta que redujeron el servicio de alimentos y bebidas disponibles para compra en el hotel.

Intenté comprar bebidas en dos ocasiones y practicamente ya no venden nada, al parecer solo hay desayunos.

Creo que si ofrecen café de cortesía, deberían tenerlo listo desde temprano , quería tomar café a las 7 am y aun ni ponían la cafetera , no permiten llavar tu tasa mas allá del área, y el sabor del café pésima calidad , si quieres tomar otra tasa tiene costo adicional

Realmente es recomendable, la relación precio/calidad es muy buena.
Pros:

La habitación muy amplia, limpia, cómoda, la cama excelente con sábanas limpias, agua caliente en la regadera muy agradable. Muy tranquilo.
No hice uso de la alberca ni del jacuzzi, pero noté que la gente lo disfrutó bastante.
Tampoco tuve la oportunidad de desayunar.

Cons:

Podrían poner pañuelos faciales en las habitaciones y secadora, también poner un recipiente para el jabón para las manos, se tiene que poner sobre el mueble o sobre el papel donde viene envuelto, en la regadera también podrían volver a poner el depósito para el shampoo y acondicionador (porque se ve que si lo tenían).
