Pros:

The lady at the front desk was beyond helpful. I had a difficult time getting my Marriott number and she help until I got it together. I appreciated that. She was very pleasant to everyone she came in contact with.

Cons:

Everything was great- the food, the place, my suite and the customer service!. I will stay again there at the Northwoods Residence Inn. The parking lot needs space but it is in a tight area.

Pros:

We loved the cozy room. It had everything we needed including a kitchen, couch, table and a nice size bathroom. The area was very quiet and we were fairly close to everything that we wanted to do. The front desk staff were super friendly and spoke everytime they saw us. The firepit and outside sitting area were also super cozy with plenty of seating options. We didn't eat the breakfast but I'm sure it would of been delicious and we didn't swim because it was too cold but overall, the place was perfect for our weekend getaway.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. Everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful. The room was nice, and the hotel was nicely kept.

Cons:

The kitchen utensils were dirty along with the drawers they were kept in. I washed everything before I used them .
