Mükemmel hizmet ve güler yüzlü ekip
Pros:

Rixos Pera Istanbul’da 10 gün konakladık ve genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu, temizliği ve hizmet kalitesi gerçekten çok iyiydi.

Özellikle valizlerimizle ilgilenen Fatih Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Çok yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldi.

Ayrıca housekeeping ekibinden Muharrem Bey’e de teşekkür ederiz. Odamız her zaman çok temiz ve düzenliydi.

Pros:

Хорошее местоположение. Приветливый персонал. Завтрак хороший, но не лучший.

Cons:

Ожидала более вкусные завтраки. Шведский стол не на высшем уровне , нет каш, орехов , мало фруктов. Красная рыба в тарталетках не вкусная. Спа работает не полностью , хамам за доп плату.

Disappointed
Pros:

The hotel itself including the staff was very good

Cons:

We had a situation with our car that made us give this negative feedback. We chose and option to valet our car, that cost it us 30 eur per day. When we checked out last day car was parked infront of the hotel. 3 min after we left we found out our tire is flat. We stopped and called the hotel to ask for help considering the car was in their hands until a few minutes ago. They said that they will not take responsibility and that the problem is ours. Promissed to call someone to come and fix it, but on our expence. Nobody called us for 2 hours and we finally found somebody else on our own. 250 euro and 5 hours later we were on our way. This is how fantastic vacation and a great expirience with this hotel was ruined for us. Very disappointed from the managment. We have been in many places aroumd the world and this would be handled a different way. Just because of this we will never return to this hotel.

Это точно не 5 звезд, расположение прекрасное, но уровень обслуживания максимум на 3.
Pros:

Расположение прекрасное, вид из номера тоже завораживает.

Cons:

Персонал очень странно себя ведет для 5-звездочного отеля: в первый день клининг менеджер со своим руководителем остановил нас в коридоре и потребовали написать отзыв на картах, на завтраке просто забыли о нас и свой омлет мы выспрашивали более 30 минут, вечером нам просто постучали и ждали, пока мы откроем двери, чтобы дать шоколадки (шоколадки приятно, но беспокоить гостя из-за этого странно), каждую уборку забирали халаты и приходилось звонить и просить вернуть.

Excellent service
Pros:

Stayed for a week and my experience was wonderful. Great service by all the staff at the desk and restaurant staff at breakfast. Special mention to Lale and Mira for the exceptional attention.

Weekend trip to Istanbul
