Good people, good location. Good service
The view is awful, there is almost no sound isolation, and sometimes you might end up in the family room which means two rooms are connected with a door, so you can hear them talking

إيجابيات:
المكان جميل و مرتب.
قريب من أغلب الاماكن السياحية (يمكن الوصول سيرا إلى برج غلطة).
قريب من محطة الميترو و التكاسي و أوبر مت،فره بكثره.
طاقم العمل لطيف و متعاون.
إطلالة جميلة على البسفور.

-المنطقة المجاورة قديمة و أثرية.
أحيانًا كنت أشم ريحة تدخين في الممرات (أعتقد بعض النزلاء يدخنون في الغرف أو في أماكن غير مخصصة للتدخين).

Просто идеальное расположение отеля. Близость к Истикляль очень порадовала. Также, завтраки отличные! На любой вкус и цвет, как говорится:) интерьер отеля — вау! Очень красиво!
Не понравились твердые подушки. Не могла спать на них совсем. Неудобные. Но как оказалось ( в день выезда ) нам на ресепшен сообщили, что у них есть разные виды подушек и можно было заменить ( но кто ж знал, нигде это не указано).

We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn't be better—the main shopping stretch is just a 2-minute walk away, and having taxis parked right outside the hotel made getting around the city completely hassle-free.
The free shuttle to the Nickelodeon shops located right next door was a fantastic perk for the family. On top of that, we enjoyed a decent view from our room, and the daily breakfast spread was simply amazing. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!
Looks nice and the location is excellent
The staff are very rude and condescending. The service here is awful, i wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. We requested no alcohol to be in the room, however when we got their they had placed a bottle of champagne in the room, along with various alcohol bottles on the table near the minibar! When we told them our Air conditioning unit wasnt working they told us we were feeling hot and its not the fault of the AC. The ironing facilities are awful, we went through 5 different irons and none of them worked adequately, and the ironing boards are fixed to the cupboards and are very filmsy and unsafe, we burnt ourselves a few times due to this- the staff again did not acknowledge this. Even when checking out no effort was made, the bell boy told us to carry our own luggage down.
Even at check out when i explained my concerns the manager just shrugged and showed me out.
