The hotel made a very pleasant impression. It is truly beautiful and cozy, and its location is simply perfect - within walking distance of major attractions and convenient transport connections.

I would especially like to highlight the attentive and friendly staff, particularly in the breakfast restaurant - the service was excellent.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Ryskul for the excellent and high-quality housekeeping - the room was always in perfect condition.

I would gladly recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Ligging en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Receptie en de heren die je helpen met de koffers super goed.
Bij het ontbijt helpen ze je ook.

Cons:

Entree is mooi en de welness center ook. Maar de rest van het gebouw ontzettend vies.
Kamers vies, gaten in het gordijn, hoofdbord van het bed vol met vlekken. Heb er uitslag over gehouden

Het ontbijt is redelijk maar absoluut niet Rixos waardig, ik heb in meerdere Rixos’en overnacht maar dit was geen 5 sterren waard. Hooguit 2/3 ster

Sehr Zentral, wunderschöne Aussicht, freundlich und hilfsbereite Personal, sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet.
SPA war einmalig👌

Cons:

Das man Klima auf Kalt-Warm nicht individuell enstellen kann, wird über Zentral System reguliert.
Lösung...wenns zu Warm wird, öfter Lüften☺️

Прекрасное место! Завтраки разнообразные, всегда было, что выбрать, но не хватало фруктов. У нас был номер с видом на Золотой Рог, отмечали день рождения, хороший вид, но брали его чисто из-за того чтобы не было шумно во дворе, так как уже останавливались в Стамбуле, и знаем, что это такое когда живешь низко и с видом на улицу :) Очень удобная кровать, в ней сразу же засыпаешь. Спасибо сотруднику Толганай за гостеприимство, и отличный русский язык. Будем выбирать данный отель в следующий раз при прилете! 💕
