Fernseher war kaputt und im Bad war Verstopfung.. nach der Meldung wurde sofort alles repariert und Fernseher sogar ausgetauscht

I truly had a wonderful experience at Rixos Pera Istanbul. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the warm and attentive service to the comfort of the room. I especially appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who were always ready to assist with a genuine smile.
The spa facilities were exceptional and provided a perfect space to relax, and the food was absolutely delightful. Every detail made my stay both comfortable and memorable.

It’s well located near the main shopping street - Istiklal Cd. and the Taksim square, offering a great range of shops, foods, etc.
Hotel is classy, so is not “modern luxury”, so it might appear to some people as outdated.
We were upgraded to a junior suite with living room and 2 bathrooms, though the view was only partial.
Staff was great and we were given a little cake and greetings for our wedding anniversary which is a nice touch!
Breakfast was decent with good range and variety of options, nice view from the restaurant in floor 7th.
The hotel is in Pera, bear in mind that from the old city and the main touristic attractions is at least 30 min walk involving steep streets and stairs, there are bus options a few minutes away from the hotel or tube options walking a bit more, just check where you are going to focus on during your visit in Istambul and check distances.
Once of the main drawbacks is the noisy street, our room was upgraded but it was in the 3rd floor, facing the main street, on Friday and Saturday night I was woken up a few times due to taxis traffic and horns, I usually sleep soundly even with noise, but this was too much, so windows need replacing and upgrading for noise insulation. This would be our main reason to look for another hotel next time.
