A pleasant and comfortable stay overall
Pros:

The hotel has a good location and the overall stay was comfortable. The staff were polite, and the room and facilities were generally in line with expectations.

Cons:

The only minor point was that the cooling system seemed to be centralized, so it was not always easy to adjust the room temperature exactly as we preferred.

Non all'altezza di un 5 stelle..
Pros:

La sala della colazione aveva una vista spettacolare. La posizione non era male.

Cons:

Personale alla reception non all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Hanno fatto molta confusione sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Camera buia e insonorizzata malissimo, impossibile dormire senza i tappi per le orecchie.
