Stunning hotel with exceptional staff
Очень красивый отель, в самом центре Стамбула, приветливый персонал, вкусные завтраки, хамам, идеальный номер с видом на бухту золотой рог! До Истикляль буквально 200 метров, можно пешком дойти до галатской башни
What a lovely hotel and amazing service! Perfectly located for everything you need, would definitely recommend. Bit disappointed there wasn't a pool though, as it was definitely implied that there was one

The hotel has definitely met our expectations. The location was more than excellent for a first time in Istanbul, and the room, the views, and the service were amazing. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Zelo zadovoljni, hotel ima dobro lokacijo. Gospa na recepciji nam je dala prelepo sobo s pogledom na vrt. Vracamo se……
Отель очень удачно расположен, недалеко от пешеходной торговой улицы Истикляль. До метро Таксим минут 15 пешком. С этой станции фуникулер для спуска вниз, что тоже очень удобно. Уборка в номере была ежедневная. Смена белья тоже. Очень приветливый персонал в ресторане на завтраках, спасибо девочкам (выходцы с Казахстана) за внимание.
Для такого (заявленного) уровня отеля имеются и недочеты. В номере (двухкомнатном) не работал кондиционер на обогрев, было холодно. Не работал холодильник в минибаре. Замечания были приняты, но ничего не исправили. Достаточно скромный наборчик в ванной. Завтраки в отеле однообразные, ассортимент очень скромный (что не очень свойственно для Турции). Уже на третий день все надоело.
We used to be repeating guests but no more. During our last visit we were rented a room for 3 nights with no AC and had to endure night temps of 27degrees. Bit the duty and hotel managers promised they fixed the AC on separate nights and both mislead us without the courtesy to follow up. I notice now that there is a history of this problem in previous reviews. This is not a 5 star and should not be on the Accor list of offerings. Waste of money and valuable leave. Never again.
