A wonderful and comfortable stay in a great location. I would definitely stay here again

The location was excellent, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.

Had a very pleasant stay, staff was very friendly especially Lela she was very sweet and courteous

Buena situación - Hotel venido a menos

El desayuno y la ubicación excelente .

Cons:

La limpieza deja un poco que desear . Toallas viejas . Baño regular .
Te cobran 100€ de fianza cuando llegas por el consumo del Mini bar , lo cual nos extraño pero lo pagamos , el problema fue que cuando hicimos el Chek out nos querían cobrar por una botella de whisky que no llevaba precinto y que no la habíamos tocado y por dos botellas de agua que ya estaban vacías cuando llegamos . Nos tuvimos que pelear con ellos hasta que conseguimos que nos devolvieran la fianza a riesgo de perder el vuelo pues nos tuvieron tres cuartos de hora esperando .
CONSEJO : Hacer foto del mini bar a la entrada en el hotel para tenerlo como prueba .
Yo creo que lo hacen adrede para cobrarte . No éramos los únicos en la recepción peleando por lo mismo .

I chose this hotel because of the Rixos name and deeply regret it. This is nowhere near the 5-star standard I expected.
The “Deluxe Room” was a small, dark cell rather than a 28 m² room. The air conditioning made a loud noise every few minutes, eventually requiring a technician to come at 6:30 in the morning.
The reception was constantly crowded with unhappy guests, which says a lot about the overall experience.
If you expect the usual Rixos standards, think twice. The name says Rixos, but the experience certainly does not. Avoid.

Хотела е в ретро стил, Обзавеждането е класическо, леглата са удобни. Сравнително тихо и спокойно място за централната част на града. Закуската е на тераса на покрива на хотела и има чудесна гледка към Златния Рог

Хотела не разполага с паркинг, но в близост има обществен.

Worst stay I’ve ever been

Cons:

Everything is very bad, service, cleaning and the staff is unhelpful and impolite, this is the first and last time I’ve stayed in this hotel, also the pictures of the rooms is not same the real, this is the worst hotel in Istanbul.
