Het personeel was heel attent en behulpzaam. Goede locatie, alle bekende bezienswaardigheden op wandelafstand. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

We were upgraded with a Suite room that has great sunset view. We had spacious room with huge comfortable bed and nicely decorated bathroom. We also enjoyed breakfasts on the top floor with city panoramic views. Staff is very welcoming and helping, - they helped us to get a table in one of the restraurants in the city. The hotel itself is very well located to the main streets (Istiklal, Galata tower, etc.), and it takes around 30-40 min to walk to the old part of the city.
Room misses standalone mirror , bathroom light is a bit weak
The location is perfect, as it is a super nice area to eat and walk. You are also close to everything.
We also had a super nice room and the staff were very attentive and kind.

Beautiful hotel with a very good location and comfy and cozy rooms.Good breakfast and a nice touch was the welcoming drink( very good salep) and a hot wine night in the garden.

Прекрасный, со вкусом оформленный отель в чудесном районе в центре Стамбула, персонал высокопрофессиональный, все очень вежливы и приветливы. При регистрации заезда, Мария, очень любезная и приятная девушка, повысила нам категорию номера, очень ей благодарны, номер был с великолепным видом на Босфор. Чистота выше всяких похвал, номер красивый и просторный. Завтрак на террасе с панорамным видом также очень хорош. Приятным сюрпризом каждый вечер была шоколадка бренда Godiva на подушке, очень мило! У отеля есть уютный дворик с кафешкой и красивой часовней прямо в нем. Все было просто замечательно, надеемся вернуться снова в этот полюбившийся нам отель.

Шикарный отель, красивые и уютные номера, с прекрасным видом и на город и на Босфор (снимали с друзьями два номера), отличные рестораны. Приветливый персонал, обслуживание соответственно было на высоте. Огромная благодарность за помощь Лале, работающей на ресепшене и Талгонай, обсуживающей нас в ресторане на завтраке.
