Pros:

Location is great. The service is excellent.

Cons:

Restaurant food was inconsistent. I had avocado toast on 3 occasions and the last order on our last day was very poor.

Great stay
Pros:

Nice little hotel in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and the little coffee shop on the ground floor is great.

Nice hotel but the constant text/email requests to upgrade, the valet cost and the amenity fee credit versus removin

Cons:

$49 for valet is ridiculous. And with the spa out of commission they said they “didn’t feel right” about charging the $25 amenity fee but rather than removing it, they offered a credit if we spent money in the cafe or restaurant. This puts the onus on the customer to remember to ask for the credit. We of course forgot.

Elite Ambiance!
Pros:

The whole establishment is extremely well done, from the lobby to the unique rooms. Very European hotel vibe. We loved it!

Cons:

If I had to pick and I'm knit picking, I guess not being able to check in until 4 but I have zero legitimate complaints!
