Cons:

Cost of valet parking. We were there 1 night and I was told at check in it was $49 a night. When we checked out our bill for valet parking was $107 because of all the taxes and fees. Double of what I was told!! I didn’t appreciate the misrepresentation of the cost to valet park and thought the cost was ridiculous.

Great!
Pros:

Everything about the stay was great! Great location, staff, room was great as well. I had to Extend my stay by a day. Which they were great about rekeying my key for the same room.

Cons:

The one downside was the parking I had thought the hotel had a parking garage/lot but it was a ballet who would park the car for you but the first interaction with the valet wasn’t the best. He was younger and seemed annoyed when I asked him if he could lock the car while we were checking in since he had the keys. And I noticed several times people waiting for their car. We eventually just parked in the garage ourselves and paid for parking instead of dealing with the valet but it was a great stay overall

The hotel was quiet, comfortable and attractive.
Cons:

The coffee bar was staffed by a single worker and it was a long wait and breakfast options unpredictable,

Pros:

Welcoming reception and very friendly staff. Large room and nicely done. Modern, but a bit "cold" instead of cozy.

Cons:

Valet Parking cost high and unexpected. The room was a long way from the elevator, my husband has two new artificial knees and this was difficult. The hallway carpet design was very unpleasant and disorienting. This appeals to the younger, business client visiting the city.

Overall an excellent place to stay in Colorado Springs.
Pros:

Breakfast/coffee was very good. Also had a drink a the bar which was good

Cons:

No art on the walls in our room - they were bare. Not a big deal but the flyer/newsletter left on the desk touted the art displayed in all the rooms.

Also the TV service (DirecTV?) was spotty - froze for a few seconds at a time and displayed ghosted images.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

The hotel is a gem. The style and interior is gorgeous and we loved the lobby, the restaurant and the rooms. The valet was super helpful on where to park. Location wise it was perfect as well. All round a top choice.
