Downtown, classy, beautifully refurbished . Staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant was amazing.
Nothing
Loved everything about it! It was elegant, comfortable, well appointed, well located, with very friendly staff.
Nothing.
Nice little hotel in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and the little coffee shop on the ground floor is great.
Location, room, lobby
$49 for valet is ridiculous. And with the spa out of commission they said they “didn’t feel right” about charging the $25 amenity fee but rather than removing it, they offered a credit if we spent money in the cafe or restaurant. This puts the onus on the customer to remember to ask for the credit. We of course forgot.
The whole establishment is extremely well done, from the lobby to the unique rooms. Very European hotel vibe. We loved it!
If I had to pick and I'm knit picking, I guess not being able to check in until 4 but I have zero legitimate complaints!
Nice , super nice place to stay in the heart of Colorado Springs. Clean accommodations, every staff member friendly and accommodating . I highly recommend
Very disappointed by hotel from beginning to end.
Beautiful accommodations, friendly staff and great food.
No free coffee in the room.
Staff was amazing! Lulu at the front desk was really helpful and very friendly! Great location! Rooms are really clean and super cute. Great amenities! Love the snack room!
Beautiful hotel, lovely room, comfy beds and super quiet. Accommodated my family of four well
LOVE this Hotel. Great service. Great lobby/lounge. Love the restored history charm and vibe. Great location. Easy parking.
This is my favorite hotel. From the time you check in until the time you leave, you will be treated with the utmost courtesy and respect from everyone. The staff seemed generally concerned that your stay is comfortable and a request was never too much for them. For Valentine’s eve, the hubby and I decided to have dinner and stay the night at The Mining Echange then go see Jurassic Park at the Pikes Peak Center in the evening. We fell in love with this place and have definitely decided this will be our new getaway from our hometown. The hotel is stunning and it’s rich history is intriguing. The decor is vintage modern. It keeps with the theme of the 1900s but with a twist. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I loved the colors and the wallpaper. The shower was especially relaxing. The amenities were minimal but excellent quality. We ate at the Golden Hour bar because The Oro restraunt was booked for Valentine’s Day and I must say, we were more than pleased with the food choices. Limited menu but definitely filling & delicious. There was live music and it catered to anyone. The band was really good. The clientele were more upmarket and were very well dressed. Great sitting area to mingle. We used valet service and it was quick when we had to take our car out. A true gem. The prices were a little steep but well priced for this boutique style hotel. Highly recommend.
Everything was cool!!
This place is awesome. I have traveled all over for business and I think this might be my new favorite hotel both foreign and domestic. The staff was top notch, it was spotlessly clean, the lobby was an awesome hangout space (I had a few business meetings there actually), and it is really really unique.
This is an old building from the 1800s. It was once a place where miners brought their minerals and got money. Then it was a bank for a whole. Now it is a hotel. It has tons of character. There are even old safes all over in the building. The rooms are really great. It’s a nice place.
