Pros:

Both pools were nice.
The kids love the slide. We had a standard room and it was plenty big enough.

Cons:

The pool chairs/lounge chairs were not great. The beds were not the most comfortable. We couldn't get more pillows.
Being a coffee addict, they coffee was not the greatest.

Breakfast was good!! Eggs, sausage, pancakes. The coffee was good.

Cons:

The room needed paint and carpeting. It was kind of shabby. The balcony over the creek was wonderful!

The property was absolutely beautiful! This property was by far the best place we have ever stayed in Gatlinburg, very friendly staff and the pool is awesome! If you want a beautiful place to stay within very short walking distance to (less than 5 mins) you wont find a more relaxing, laid back, and beautiful property than this one. Will 100% be back from now on.

Compared to pictures online, rooms are dark and overall place has sad vibe

Location next to the creek and nearby public transport stop.

Cons:

While everything looks spacious and bright on the pictures, in reality, the rooms are dark, painting faded, and just gives a sad vibe. Same with the breakfast area. Feels like half lit lights, dark, carpet that have seen a better days. We stayed almost 10.days in this hotel to explore the area and decided to spent minimum time in the room for reasons above. In the end, we just decided to leave early.

Cons:

breakfast was mediocre. Another choice of bread instead of just bagels for toast. Only fruit was bananas.
The room was okay. Using the bathroom sink was a challenge. Could barely use the faucet.
