The king deluxe is a nice room and we will book it again
Pros:

The second night we stayed in a king deluxe room and it was incredible! Theres a soaking bathtub and a kitchen sink and fireplace.

Cons:

The private balcony was not private at all people in joining rooms could see me. The breakfast was foul.

I really wish that it would have been as good as the website made it look.

Cons:

The bed mattress was completely worn out. The bed was made up with just a sheet and a thin bedspread. There was no blanket to be found in the room. I had to go and buy toilet tissue. I had to go to the office the second night to get a blanket and some clean towels. The room was never cleaned or serviced the entire stay. The front desk said they could not address the problem because the cleaning service was contracted. I had to shout at one of the cleaning crew to get some clean towels, but he couldn't understand or speak any English.
The heat/ac would either freeze you or bake you.

Location was excellent it was about 2 blocks away from the parkway which made it a little quieter. But yet close enough to be able to walk just about everywhere you wanted on the parkway. Loved the creek behind the room left window opened at night on the balcony. It was so peaceful listening to the water flowing through our the night

Cons:

The only complaint would be the bed it was outdated. Had outlined where fairly large people have been and bed was angled toward head. But not something to turn me away from staying again just going to bring mattress padding and wood blocks to raise head of bed lol.

Great ambiance with a view from the balcony overlooking the running book.
Pros:

The location was on the quiet side of Gatlinburg. You can't beat the scenery from the balcony, overlooking the brook that ran behind the lodge.
The room was a little outdated but massive. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions.
I would highly recommend staying at Brookside Lodge.

Cons:

The kitchen faucet did not work.

Pros:

Spent our honeymoon here in the Honeymoon Suite! It was extremely peaceful, close to the free public transportation (trolly system). Everyone was extremely sweet, friendly staff! The river in the back of the hotel added to the ambiance and was so peaceful to listen to at night. They have many places on the property also to just sit and enjoy the mountain scenery around the area. Amazing Honeymoon ❤️ highly recommend.

I enjoyed the scenery and quiet. I would return here.
Pros:

Breakfast was a nice spread. Nice variety. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the river running behind the property. Easily accessible to restaurants and activities.

Cons:

The eggs and sausage good be better. Pillows could be cleaner.

Wonderful place
Pros:

Been staying here for the past 7 yrs... Love the location away from the crowd but walking distance to the strip... wonderful big rooms on the creek . We stay in the middle tower.. the prices are great with breakfast buffet included! can watch the Bears from your balcony...

I’m a clean freak and this wasn’t very clean at all. The carpet was very dirty. The walls could’ve been cleaner. The blankets were a bit smelly.
