Friendly staff, clean room, excellent food, good location to everywhere
First appearances, outside a bit shabby, needs paint
Great food and friendly staff.
Room had been refurbished and the shower was very nice and modern
The room is lovely and clean and very spacious. Food excellent.
Nothing
Very welcoming staff. Lovely clean room. Comfy bed.
Room was a little small (10).
Lovely clean comfortable property close to but not too near to the local amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and other meals were lovely.
The stair case was steep and upper landing had an awkward step. Which could be a trip hazard if not prepared for it. Not really suitable for disabled guests.
The food at the plough is always excellent with a great menu, tried the new bao bun with cripsy beef was sensational. The team are always friendly and make for nice stay. Breakfast is always great.
Nothing it's always very good.
Hotel rooms spotless and very comfy.
Food was Great and we'll packed pub speaks for itself for the food.

Hotel was a little tired- menu whilst food was ok was quite basic and not a great choice
Bar and restaurant lovely and the staff were amazing, service 10/10
Bed was really comfortable.
The black decor in the rooms a bit old fashioned
The room was lovely and spacious. All very clean. The evening meal and breakfast was very good. We came home and booked again for next month.
Nothing
Warm welcome - all the staff were excellent - particularly Jenny who served our breakfast daily. The Sunday carvery ( the day we arrived ) was excellent - breakfasts superb and made to order. The room was extremely comfortable and fully met our needs.
The only adverse comment is that the stairs to the rooms are quite steep and narrow steps which we found a little concerning.
