Falta de respeito com cliente
Pros:

Fiz uma reserva no Foz Plaza Hotel no dia 17/04, ainda no período da manhã, e a única coisa que solicitei, o mínimo esperado, foi um quarto com cama de casal.

Cheguei após 6 horas dirigindo e, para minha surpresa, fui acomodado em um quarto com cama de solteiro. Ao questionar, os funcionários informaram que simplesmente “esqueceram” de preparar o quarto conforme solicitado.

Como justificativa, ainda perguntaram se a reserva havia sido feita próxima ao horário da minha chegada (por volta de 00h). Esclareci que não — apesar do check-in ser às 15h, a reserva foi realizada pela manhã.

Sem alternativa, tive que subir mesmo assim. Ao entrar no quarto, mais uma surpresa: a TV não funciona. E o funcionário, com naturalidade, afirmou que a Booking.com deveria informar que o funcionamento da TV é restrito aos quartos a partir do sétimo andar.

Paguei um valor elevado para permanecer poucas horas no hotel e não havia sequer uma cama adequada, muito menos TV em funcionamento.

A avaliação do hotel é completamente incompatível com a realidade apresentada.

Infelizmente, a experiência deixou a desejar. O hotel é antigo e o quarto apresentava sinais de má conservação, como infiltrações no gesso e lâmpadas sem funcionar. A internet, embora com sinal estável, tinha velocidade muito limitada para a estrutura oferecida. O atendimento no check-in foi desatencioso e a sinalização do estacionamento nos fundos é inexistente. O custo-benefício foi baixo e, por isso, não pretendemos

Hotel de qualidade com preço justo
Pros:

Ótima localização, quarto amplo, café da manhã farto, atendentes gentis, paisagismo muito bonito, brinquedoteca bacana, jacuzzis, piscinas com tamanhos variados. O hotel surpreendeu pelo custo benefício.
