ちょっとしたくつろぎ
Pros:

太平洋が目前に広がり、ゆったりと、リゾート観たっぷりのホテルでした。足湯、プール、温泉でのんびりしました。ホテルでは朝食のみお世話になり、夕食は近くの地元の居酒屋さんに足を運びました。海辺近くで、海鮮物はおいしく感じました。ホテルで食べるのもよし、近くに出かけるもよし、のんびりを楽しみました。

很好的洒店，有美麗的海景及良好服務。
Pros:

洒店位於白濱海岸，對出可望到美麗的日落美景。
洒店職員服務良好。
房間面積寬敞，可望到夕陽美景，早餐及晚餐都是自助餐，種類豐富。
二樓有遊樂設施如桌球，麻雀，漫畫室等。
這是一間優閒渡假的洒店，下次再到白濱會再入住。

海を眺め波音を聴きながらの温泉は最高でした。泉質もよくお肌すべすべになりました。

ディナー朝食ともバイキングでしたが夜と朝ではメニューもほとんど違い料理の数もそれなりにありました。特に朝食のパンが創作パンの種類が豊富でした。スタッフの方がこまめに食べ終わったお皿を持っていってくださいました。

お部屋は海が見える部屋だったので眺めは良かったです。若干古さを感じるところはありましたが広さも充分で清掃がきちんとされているので快適に過ごせました。

プールは雰囲気もよくチェアーやカウンター席があり良かったのですが、曇りで気温が低かったにもかかわらず水が温水ではなかった為冷たすぎてすぐプールからあがりました。息子がプールをとても楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。今年は9月に入っても夏日が続いてますが、気温天候に応じて温水に切り替える等臨機応変に対応できるようにしていただきたいなと思いました。

プレイルームは小さな子供から大人まで楽しめました。プールの時間が予定より短くなった分こちらでたっぷり過ごさせていただきました。

The sunset is super beautfil, with the infinity pool & enjoy with foot spa. The enterainment room is great with table tennis, golf, snooker, table football, kids play room, music room. And special event on weekend. Will come again. Highly recommended. Just a suggestion to improve the food quality in the buffet.

ホテルは気に入って、何度か宿泊させて頂いていますが、♿️マークを着けているにも関わらず、遠い所に止める様、促される事にいつも⁉️を、感じます。
見た目では分から無いのでしょうが、足が痛い何かしら障害が有るから、♿️を付けて居る事は分からないのでしょうか？
毎回、そー思っています。
その辺の、配慮を改善して頂きたい！

Pros:

部屋前の廊下が広々としていて、非常に気持ちよかったです。大浴場や２階の遊び場も広くて大満足です。ここまで広々とした造りのホテルは初めてです。

部屋のトイレや洗面台は古さを感じさせる造りになっていましたが、改装しているので見た目はきれいでした。

食事はバイキングでしたが、ご飯釜が置いてある台が高くて、とりにくかったのは気になりました。

とても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。ビュッフェスタイルの夕・朝食は全てアレルギー表示がしてあり、アレルギーのある方にも配慮されています。各部屋の風呂のシャワーがお湯に変わるまで時間がかかります。洗面所に記載がありますが見落とすことがあるので、チェックイン時に伝えた方がいいかと思いました。

外観のおしゃれさと客室の中との差がありすぎてびっくりしました。
部屋の設備がとにかく古すぎて、シャワーの水圧も弱く、本当に残念な気持ちになりました。外観やフロントはステキな空間なのに非常にもったいないです。

房間舊式設計，與整楝酒店時尚設計格格不入，應該要作出翻新，但房間整潔，床很舒適。早晚自助餐很豐富，服務員態度很好。車輛泊於 2 號爛地停車場，感覺忽略部份客人！
