Noisy Neighbor
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, location was good.

Cons:

The people next door to our room were very loud, TV was loud, banging noises like tools falling, cans, etc. Can't totally blame the hotel for lack of respect of a tenant.

Also, the bed was queen size, not king as per the reservation.

Great place for a stopover and so many food options nearby,
Pros:

Location suited us for a stopover, perfect. Nice view from the room too across the valley. Room we had was not huge but was well designed.

This hotel is a perfect 10. I highly recommend staying here to everyone! I love everything about it. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean!

All in all my stay was good until the hotel would not refund my two evenings. I would’ve stayed with the hotel again, ex

The property was clean and the house keeping department did well keeping the facility and room clean. Hats off to them

Cons:

I liked the property and stayed multiple weeks for work. Unfortunately, a schedule change occurred and I had to cancel two nights with them. Well within the cancellation time time frame. I wasted four hours between the manager and booking, trying to sort the situation out. I still have not received my 2 night credit. Very unprofessional. My next step will be to notify yelp Google reviews to warn. Contractors.

Comfortable and friendly road trip stopover.
Pros:

Great road trip location, about 3 hours north of LAX.
Cool outlet mall just across the road, and a couple of restaurants.
Breakfast (via waffle maker) was great.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
