Vicino al mare, ma con alcune regole e disagi da considerare
Pros:

La struttura è pulita e la proprietaria è stata gentile. La posizione è sicuramente un punto positivo: si trova a pochi passi dal mare e da una spiaggia libera, molto comoda da raggiungere a piedi. La struttura ha anche una convenzione con una spiaggia privata, ma i prezzi risultano piuttosto elevati.
Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che ritengo importante segnalare per aiutare i futuri ospiti a scegliere con maggiore consapevolezza.
In camera era presente un fornello, ma non era utilizzabile perché viene acceso solo durante il periodo invernale. Sarebbe utile specificarlo chiaramente nella descrizione dell’alloggio.
Il parcheggio è a pagamento e costa 10 € al giorno.
Abbiamo soggiornato con due cani di piccola taglia. Per loro abbiamo pagato un supplemento di 40 €. La struttura accetta gli animali, ma con alcune regole molto rigide: non possono essere lasciati soli in camera, non devono abbaiare e non devono arrecare disturbo agli altri ospiti. Questa situazione ci ha costretti a lasciare sempre una persona nell’appartamento, senza poter trascorrere tutti insieme le giornate in spiaggia.
Durante il soggiorno la proprietaria mi ha contattata perché, a suo dire, i cani avevano abbaiato per pochi secondi durante la notte, intorno alle 4, e alcuni ospiti si erano lamentati. Ho rispettato la segnalazione e compreso la sua posizione. Tuttavia, avrei apprezzato la stessa attenzione anche per il rumore proveniente dal bidone del vetro del ristorante vicino alla nostra camera: durante la giornata si sentivano frequentemente bottiglie e vetri gettati, creando un disturbo abbastanza importante.
Segnalo inoltre che nell’alloggio non è presente la lavatrice, la connessione internet non funzionava correttamente, informazione che sarebbe utile conoscere prima della prenotazione.
Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato discreto.

Siamo stati accolti in modo molto professionale, l’appartamento era pulito e fedele alle foto ed inoltre la posizione del residence é molto comoda sia per la spiaggia sia per le varie attrazioni.

La proprietaria è stata super disponibile. Per qualsiasi nostra esigenza è stata sempre collaborativa e gentile non facendoci mancare nulla.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la stanza, ma non appena lo abbiamo comunicato alla proprietaria ha risolto nel giro di 5 minuti permettendoci una vacanza senza intoppi.

We'd love to stay there again.
Pros:

The property is located near the airport (15 minutes' walk), yet you don't hear any airplanes. A public beach is nearby (5 minutes' walk). It's in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The staff deserves special mention: they're always polite, smiling, and very helpful. The receptionist was always responsive to our requests, making our stay very pleasant.
