Very good
Pros:

I have been staying at your hotel every year for many years now. I feel at home there. Staff are friendly, breakfast is good, rooms are clean, Hotel ambient is very pleasant. The Bandrex provided in the evening is a very nice personal touch.

Cons:

Noisy in the room from road traffic. Would be a plus if room window glass can be changed to a thicker one to isolate the traffic noises.

Only a short 2 nights but everything you need.
Pros:

Great location comfortable accommodation and nice breakfast

Not really a big deal but some of the furnishing/decor starting to look a bit worn.

A really lovely hotel.
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, good air conditioning, hot showers with excellent amenities, and a good breakfast. The staff were outstanding, always smiling and ready to help. Location was central. The free afternoon tea was a wonderful touch.

Cons:

Breakfast had a sameness about it, And it seemed chaotic. Not much can be done i fear, because it is such a big hotel. And for such a big hotel, the pool and its surrounds are way too small.

Easy access to Downtown and Medan Areas.

Cons:

The guest who stay up past midnight and walk along the hallway with loud noises especially on the weekends. The buffet can be chaos
