Good location in the town center, convenient to everything. Small room and relatively old facility. The breakfast is simple but OK.

for the price they charge and considering it's China. the cleanliness is pretty good for China. room is spacious.

Good location, but the lobby smell very Bad , and the same situation for the elevator, the guess smoke in the rooms.

The hotel was in bad shape, stink to cigarette and food.
First day they gave us an smoking room we couldnt sleep so next day we ask for a non smoking room and still stinks. The wifi conection was really bad and none of the staff speak english. It was better the floor than the mattress.
The only good thing is that the hotel is 2 blocks from the metro station.

The Hotel is not as indicated on the map!!! It takes about 15 min. walk from Subway station Fanshen (Huangzhong Line). Walk southwest on Fanshen Road. The staff was very friendly during my check-in and also check-out. I lost the pink piece of paper regarding the deposit, but I still returned my deposit. Room was spacious, tidy and clean, which I didn't expect from china in this price category. The room had a little smell, but I could live with it. I usually stay in 4* hotels. This hotel could easily keep up with it.

Location hard to find.

Its toilet is clean that is my priority though the floor and wall need some improvement. And nearby has a lot of shops and stalls, the environment is considered very nice though it is located far from the city. But with MRT it is very convenience no worries at all. Its WIFI is strong.

I liked this hotel , my second time, near to MTR Station in Baoan District, many shops and market near.

Hotel located close to metro in a colorful and lively area. Nearby airport. Very helpful staff though their English limited. Insist on main building not "building 2". Breakfast was tasty not very western in choice welcome to china

I would stay there again on my next business trip. It's just a 10 minute walk to the Fanshen metro station that can connect you to any part of SZX through the fast metro system. Easy to get there from the airport too. It's right on the Fanshen road; don't get confused by the location shown on the map in hotels.com that is wrong. It shows some back alley (not true). The rooms are clean and comfortable. Many restaurants around with a variety of choices. I really liked the outdoor dining. I was first assigned to a large smoking room, could not deal with the stench so asked for another and they immediately put me in another room that wasn't smelly. But the AC had some issues and the room was small. I didn't even have to go to the front desk, the maid showed me some rooms and asked me to pick one, then she called the front desk on her radio saying I changed. They upgraded me free to a larger room with a Desktop computer etc. The breakfast is good, not the best for Westerners but a good hearty Asian meal that I like. If you treat people nicely they will treat you back the same way.

Very good business hotel. Clean and well appointed rooms with excellent wired Internet. You do need to plug in to a LAN cable, but once in there is a good speed connection. Some rooms come with PC. I paid around US $30 a night and for that price it was a superb value.

The hotel did not have the address number displayed, so the taxi driver could not find it and had to ring up to ask for the directions to the hotel.

The location was good, it is close to the shops and many restaurants were nearby. The staff were helpful but not very sure of the directions when I asked how to get to the bus stop. It seemed that they were not sure which bus would go to Hong Kong and how far it was from the hotel. Also the clothes rack in the bathroom was too close to the toilet and the clothes fell off easily. As well as this, the bathroom floor flooded quite easily when we took showers.

The room looked like the pictures, but the city view from my room was just facing dirty old buildings, so if you don't look out the window, your stay in the room is ok. Location is close to the shops, and a busy commercial district. I just chose the hotel because of the pictures, but I didn't have a specific reason to be in that area - nothing special there. Also, don't rely on the map provided by hotels.com, completely inaccurate - I got lost for about 30mins in the opposite direction. Just follow the address.
