値段が安い。この価格でテレビや冷蔵庫、風呂トイレ付いて個室なら、アリだと思う。
エレベーターとフロア内に充満している匂い（芳香剤？）が自分には合わず、また利用しようという気になれなかった。また周りはいわゆる風俗ビルが立ち並ぶ地域で呼び込みもしつこく、朝ホテル出た付近はタバコや飲み物のゴミが散乱していてお世話にもキレイな場所に立派しているとは言えない。
家族帯同なら絶対選ばないエリアだと思う。

国際通りから徒歩10分ほどで近くにお店も多かったこと。
駐車場が一日中出入り自由で千円は破格だなと思いました。
清掃が行き届いておらず、忘れ物がないか確認する際にベッドの下に私たちが使ってないはずのスリッパがあったりポーチなど私達のものではないものが落ちていました。
それ以外は清掃に不満はありません。
