From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pros:

Spacious rooms, nice beds and very neat and clean. Rooms equipped with mini fridge, water kettle, iron and hair dryer and television. We took a 2 bedroom suite and there were good writing desks too. Nice view from balcony. It is around 6 km from the central market area and there are many restaurants at a 2 km distance. Has plenty of parking space. They helped arrange a taxi for one of our sightseeing trips. The floral arrangement at hotel lobby is worth mentioning. Breakfast buffet has a very good spread with quite a few vegetarian options . Overall pleasant stay.

Cons:

Bathroom is very big but you have to shower standing in the bath tub and this resulted in the floor getting wet and slippery. The bathrooms could be modified to make better use of the space. Check out before 12 30 is free but after that they charge rm 30 and if it goes above 1 pm additional charge is rm 50. One area of improvement is room service. We could not get a response from the extension and staff at reception said that they could have been busy with the evening crowd. But that was a minor thing as we did not use room service much.

Pros:

The room was clean and felt luxurious for the price — great value overall. The European-inspired design gave it a stylish and comfortable vibe, and the location was super convenient, close to everything we needed. Definitely worth the time and money. Highly recommended!

The location.. spacious rooms
Very friendly staffs. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom.. its not elderly friendly
Shd have a place for showers.. the bathroom has lots of space for a stand shower.. the tub is too dangerous to get into.. for the elderly
Should pay more attention when vacuuming.. stain on the bedsheets.
Overall clean.

Overprice Hotel

Cons:

The hotel rate is way over price. Upgrade to balcony have to pay USD19.5 but the even smaller than the original room without upgrade. Hotel breakfast nothing much to eat when we went for late breakfast around 9:30am. (Note: Breakfast serve until 10:30am). They proactive offer me 1 hour late check out at USD7.3. What is this??

Wonderful place, large rooms, green views
Pros:

The room and the beds were very spacious, the mattresses - comfortable, the view - balmy greenery. There is a small, but nice terrace where I did my yoga. Breakfast is excellent; lots of fresh and delicious choices. We've had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and it was good.

Cons:

One of the receptions ladies told us that the mossy forrest was closed, turned out it's open, so it was good we decided to still check it out.

Pros:

Location is closer to all the Indian restaurants which made it easy for us to access... Very quite and comfortable stay... The manager was very nice and when we needed veg options he arranged for it from their restaurant.
