Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that guests have to pay a deposit for incidental charges via cash or credit card pre-authorization upon check-in.
Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. A third party payment is not accepted.

Pros:

Restaurant staff were fault less and really helpful, what an asset to the hotel

Cons:

It would have been nice to have had more in walking distance and night time was noisy being by the road

Not a hotel for people with limited mobility.
Pros:

Good location. Restaurant staff are friendly.

Cons:

Not wheelchair friendly at all. The receptionist told us all rooms are with shower in a bathtub. Bathroom tiles are slippery.

Pros:

The property is clean and close to most of the attractions in cameron highlands but will require car or grab to get around. There is restaurant inside the hotel and next door for quick meal.

Pros:

Leuk restaurant met goed ontbijt. Het personeel is ook behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamer was niet erg schoon. Het laten doen van onze laundry was duur. 40 euro voor 2 kleine tasjes.
